I like that all the staff that we dealt with were nice, kind and generally seemed happy to be of assistance. The doctors and ARPN talked to us like we were normal people and did not talk over our heads. Everyone was so kind. It is hard watching your loved one go into surgery but I felt safe with who he went into surgery with. I dont think Thank You is even enough to say

I have seen the Lyerly Neuro Group for different reasons. Dr. [last name] for my degenerative disk in my neck and Dr. Ikeda for a small Chiari malformation that was found. Both of them are Wonderful and explain everything in detail. The staff there are very kind and professional. My waits there are minimal and I can see my office notes by the end of the day in my Baptist My Chart. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
