I was treated with respect and felt I was in the driver's seat, so to speak, instead of being at the mercy of a professional who dictated what is good and imminently necessary for you-- with a little subtle intimidation. Dr Ikeda was the opposite of that. He was kind, informative, calming, and gave me the necessary time and information that I need to make a decision.

Dr. Ikeda was a pleasant surprise. Our comfort level began with pre-meeting information in the form of a map where to park, and directions no matter where you were driving from. Check-in was fast with no unnecessary wait time. The medical tech who took us to a room was efficient and easy to talk to. And then Dr. Ikeda walked into the room. He immediately put us at ease, and did not speak medical jargon that we did not understand. We'll see him again in March for follow-up screening to make sure conditions have not changed for the worse, and we look forward to the visit!

Lyerly's professionalism and friendliness of the providers is unmatched. Dr. Ikeda was the absolute best. I felt he cared about me and took time to answer all my questions. I am so grateful for him! He checked on me everyday while I was in the hospital and truly went above and beyond. 10 out of 10!
