Everyone, including the receptionists in the waiting room, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I have never encountered such incredible efficiency and unfortunately, I have had a lot of medical procedures and visited many different providers' offices, so I speak from experience. Cendy, Dr. Polifka's assistant, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was amazed how quickly she scheduled my initial appointment and then my follow up telemedicine appointment, both within days of my call. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Polifka. He takes his time explaining your issues and the procedures he would recommend. I really appreciated that he provided options regarding the procedures that were available to address my condition. It is obvious how much he cares about his patients. I have already recommended him to other folks.

Dr. Polifka and his staff have been phenomenal. Easy to talk to, ask questions and raise concerns. They have been easy to access both before the surgery and after. I love the fact that they treat you like a friend, roll a chair up next to you and walk the journey with you!

What is foremost in my thoughts is how at ease I was made to feel for my procedure. It was explained plainly, along with the chances of any issues arising and how best to avoid them. Once I made the decision to go forward, the process was shockingly smooth and straightforward with all pre-op requirements scheduled and satisfied so my procedure could take place in a few days time. After over 20 years of making due with my injury, I am eternally grateful for the immaculate relief I am already experiencing.

Dr. Adam Polifka is very straight forward and to the point without sugar coating or giving any kind of false hope, but his confidence makes me feel better about a surgery that had me very nervous! I believe that going to Lyerly was the best decision I could have made!

Seen quickly , personal able staff and Adam Polifka, MD is an excellent neurosurgeon. I was referred to him by my local neurosurgeon and he has done surgery which has helped significantly, and ha always spent plenty of time with me on each visit. I am a physician and surgeon.
