It was my first time there and everyone that we met was very helpful. One of the associates took us to the correct elevator and explained exactly how to get to where we needed to go. The doctor answered all questions clearly, explaining things in simple language for us even though the day we were there, he couldn't get my MRI on the computer due to server problems. I have already told a couple of acquaintances and recommend Baptist Health. The doctors here seem to always wait and see until things are unbearable. I'm very happy my neuro surgeon referred me there. I will be seeking another physician for my other problems. Thank you very much for the professionalism and care we felt. I do hope all of the physicians there are like this.

The Baptist portal is convenient and very useful. Doctor heard me out on my situation and was able to establish a timely treatment plan and reassure me that I would be back to normal shortly most likely without surgery. I was also able to get the documentation I needed for work and get a ride outside the parking garage to the specific office as the downtown facilities can be a bit of a labyrinth. Highly recommend this practice.

Everyone, including the receptionists in the waiting room, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I have never encountered such incredible efficiency and unfortunately, I have had a lot of medical procedures and visited many different providers' offices, so I speak from experience. Cendy, Dr. Polifka's assistant, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was amazed how quickly she scheduled my initial appointment and then my follow up telemedicine appointment, both within days of my call. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Polifka. He takes his time explaining your issues and the procedures he would recommend. I really appreciated that he provided options regarding the procedures that were available to address my condition. It is obvious how much he cares about his patients. I have already recommended him to other folks.

Dr. Polifka and his staff have been phenomenal. Easy to talk to, ask questions and raise concerns. They have been easy to access both before the surgery and after. I love the fact that they treat you like a friend, roll a chair up next to you and walk the journey with you!
