I was referred to Dr Polifka by my pain management physician. Dr Polifka examined me, explained the situation to me using the mri results. The images were on a screen where he pointed out the issues in my spine. He also explained the recommended treatment and the likely outcome. It is important to have confidence in a physician when surgery is likely and Dr Polifka seems highly qualified and has years of experience in his field of neurology. I would also like to compliment the front desk/ phone team. They were patient with me, giving me directions to Lyerly's new location several times. They were also very friendly upon check in for my appointment.

Everyone at Lyerly was friendly and helpful. Dr Polifka explained all of my options and make me feel comfortable with my final decision. I have not had my procedure yet but I am confident Dr Polifka will take care of me. :)

It was my first time there and everyone that we met was very helpful. One of the associates took us to the correct elevator and explained exactly how to get to where we needed to go. The doctor answered all questions clearly, explaining things in simple language for us even though the day we were there, he couldn't get my MRI on the computer due to server problems. I have already told a couple of acquaintances and recommend Baptist Health. The doctors here seem to always wait and see until things are unbearable. I'm very happy my neuro surgeon referred me there. I will be seeking another physician for my other problems. Thank you very much for the professionalism and care we felt. I do hope all of the physicians there are like this.
