Tera [last name] MA is extremely helpful and put me at ease before meeting with the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Polifka interpreted my MRI which indicated a ruptured disc, compressing the nerve. He answered all my questions for over an hour, was very patient, professional and knowledgeable, providing me with both conservative and surgical options to resolve the issue of sciatic pain. I have complete confidence in Dr. Polifka and would not hesitate to contact him should I decide to pursue the surgical option.
