The staff are friendly and helpful. They return calls usually the same day and respond quickly through the portal as well. They explain the reason if they need to reschedule your appointment. The doctors are wonderful. They listen to me and talk to me. They make sure that I understand what is going on medical with me and ask questions to make sure I understand. They take the time to call my children to explain and answer questions that they may have. After years of having balance and seeing many doctors and having tests over and over, they diagnosed me within days and recommended the treatment I needed. I’m now on my way to living a better life and getting the treatment I need to achieve that.

I appreciate having access to Dr. Hanel and his associates at the Beaches Hospital complex on a regular basis. Senior citizens don't like to navigate the San Marco traffic maze.

Dr. Hanel and his staff are the finest anywhere. Dr. Hanel is the best in the world in his field. He is a kind and respectful individual that really cares about his patients. I am so very proud to be his patient. The support staff is extremely efficient and helpful. I am have been a patient since 2017 and have never had any kind of problem with this practice.
