I did some research on the internet about Lyerly, sent in my name, email and phone number and got a call within 2 days. Then i got an appt. with the NP Annalise who interviewed me and discussed my condition. She explained all the options, showed me the MRI and answered all my questions. She took her time and spent approximately 45 minutes with my wife and I. When we left we had a complete understanding of medication, surgical options and all the associated risks. We also discussed what activities I would be able to do assuming a successful outcome.
