I was seen at my appointment time. The staff members who checked me in and took my vitals were welcoming. Annalise, the NP that I saw, listened to my concerns and then walked me through my MRI results. She pointed out and explained the details of the images. Annalise then examined me by gently touching the areas where I have pain and was able to make a diagnosis based on my reactions. She sent a recommended follow up procedure to my pain management specialist. I left the office relieved that I had a diagnosis and treatment plan, and thankful for Annalise's attention to detail and warm communications style.

Very efficient. Especially getting seen in a timely manner (I waited 2-3 hours to see another specialist just yesterday). Had my back surgery with this group 16 years ago and I've been back to work as a physical therapist. High quality specialists. Highly recommend this group of neurosurgeons over any other group.

The ease of making appointments, never have to wait long. Dr [last name] is wonderful, BUT Annalise, his PA is outstanding. Always answers my questions and helpful. Very clean office!

The office staff is prompt. I've had 3 spinal surgeries and by far one of the best. Friendly and they actually listen and yeah I know crazy. I would go back hopefully not needed.

Checked in late because we got lost in the building. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The assistant that took my vitals was very friendly and made me laugh to get me to relax. P A Deboef listened to my concerns and was not dismissive about my situation. Looking forward to working with her

I was in so much pain. I couldn’t take care of myself and used a wheelchair to get around because I could barely walk. After my MRI in March they found multiple abscesses in my back that was causing my pain. When I got out of surgery the pain was gone. They kept me updated with everything that was going on. I had a great experience and I’m pain free.
