I have only been to one appt so far but they were very prompt in calling me back. Also the nurse practitioner I saw was very kind and imformative and did not rush through the visit. Answered all of my questions. All of the staff I saw that day were very nice.

I didn’t have a long wait and as soon as I sat down my X-rays were brought right up and were explained to me. My PA was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. If she didn’t and if she didn’t listen to me I would have walked out. I was very impressed and walked out very happy.

Lyerly is top notch care for any neurosurgical issues. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My PA Kara talked with me at length and explained everything thoroughly. She treated me intelligently and respectfully and was patient and un hurried. We reviewed my films and showed me exactly what was happening. I appreciated that very much. I’ve had 2 surgeries with Lyerly in the past and it was a 10/10 experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Arrived just a bit early for our appointment but was whisked in on time so appreciate no long sitting around. The NP, Kara, was outstanding. She was informative and very professional but personable. She explained my MRI results so I better understood my condition but also spent a lot of time listening to what I had going on medically and physically which was appreciated. The office and the building in which it was located was very nice. Although it took several different elevators to get to my doctor's office from our parking place, the building is clean and modern and very pleasant.

Kara at Lyerly is so very helpful and compassionate. She has been quick to acknowledge the pain that I have been in with my compression fractures and has reassured me during each appointment. Kara has answered all of my questions and the questions my family members have had expertly and in terms that are really easy to understand. I am really thankful to be in her care and truly appreciate her.

I had my 1st back surgery, lamenectomy, with the Lyerly group in the 80’s with Dr. [full name], a 10+ surgeon. Then again in 2018 with Dr. [last name], a 10+ surgeon. I have great regard for the Lyerly Group and would not use any other practice. I have referred many to the practice over the years with great confidence in the doctors expertise and skills. The staff has always been what a good staff should be. Kara saw my husband 10/21 and we felt she was very thorough and very kind to my husband in all his stories and questions, as well as mine. She is also a 10+ and we will meet Dr [last name] on Monday for consultation and expect nothing less.
