Kara, our APRN was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Our situation didn't require surgery but she took the time to fully explain the MRI results and talk about the "what ifs". We left feeling like we had the answers we were looking for and a plan to deal with the back pain.

We had a great conversation, and I felt very comfortable asking her questions or having her explain anything further for my complete understanding. She made sure to show me the best views of my MRI/neck so I could see exactly what she was talking about for each disc. I actually "enjoyed" my visit ! And felt very confident in her and Dr. [last name]'s findings. She made my day! Very personable!
