My first time vist with your practice was a great experience. The nurse practitioner was amazing! She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to go over my X-rays with me and explain the results in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood what she was showing me. Excellent care!

This was my very first visit so I don’t have a lot of experience with the Lyerly Group yet. On this initial visit, I found the check-in experience very fast and efficient and the wait time to be seen by medical staff was minimal. All the staff was very welcoming, professional, and personable. My appointment was with.Kara, APRN and she impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism.

APRN Shaffer was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process during the 12 week recovery period. The waiting area was clean with plenty places to sit. The receptionist was friendly and promptly greet us.

Very fast appointment. Staff took time to explain every detail on your imagining. Answered questions honestly and didn't automatically suggest the most extreme surgery. I was going in expecting the worst and let there with a weight lifted. Their treatments plans are tailored to each person and I feel like they looked at me and not what was just on the screen or in the paperwork.

Took a lot of time to look at scans with me to explain what is causing pain, which rediagnosed what the most likely issue in my back is. Surgery is not needed yet in my case, but should I need it in the future, this is where I’d go.
