K. Shaffer the APRN who reviewed my MRI's with me was very thorough AND so caring. We had a great conversation, and I felt very comfortable asking her questions or having her explain anything further for my complete understanding. She made sure to show me the best views of my MRI/neck so I could see exactly what she was talking about for each disc. I actually "enjoyed" my visit ! And felt very confident in her and Dr. [last name]'s findings. She made my day! Very personable!

Everything was very well organized and professional. The environment was clean and inviting. Front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Kara Shaffer, APRN was kind and spent time to explain my MRI and review my history. We discussed a plan to move forward and left me feeling calm and included in the entire process. Thank you Kara!

I love Baptist Beaches Hospital and all the great care caregivers and health professionals associated with it. I was astounded by the Lyerly group facilities and offices. What a view of downtown from the reception area. I am new to Lyerly and appreciated the in depth review of a recent cervical MRI and options for additional testing I need to ensure stability and nerve messaging in cervical anomalies discovered. Of course, I am hoping to not need services from Lyerly but feel I am in great hands after my first visit.

In 2020, Coflex surgery in the lumbar region of my spine was performed by a Lyerly neurosurgeon who has since retired. The surgery allowed me to resume doing things I could not do before without excruciating pain. Four years later, the continuing deterioration of my spine due to arthritis led me back to Lyerly. The extensive amount of information provided for each Lyerly neurologist on the Lyerly website made the process of choosing a new neurosurgeon very helpful. I have been very impressed by the degree of competency, as well as the amount of time and attention given to me to discuss my back issues and possible remedies. I highly recommend Lyerly Neurosurgery to anyone looking for a competent and qualified neurologist.
