I am extremely pleased with everything and everyone, from front desk receptionist to the nurse practitioner with whom I was scheduled to speak. I arrived to the empty waiting room where I was greeted warmly by receptionist and we had a nice chit chat while I was signing in. I waited only a few minutes which I spent admiring a beautiful view of downtown Jax out of a huge window before I was called in. Check in with a nurse was lightening fast. In no time I was speaking with Mike Trinidad, who took his time with me, answered all my questions, went through my available scans, got down all my current symptoms, listened and attended to all my fears, realized that more scans needed to assess where my other problems are stemming from. He took his time with me answering everything, then answered all questions my partner had, created adjusted and readjusted treatment plan and didn’t let me walk out of there until I was satisfied and felt like I am in good hands
I would definitely recommend this group!
And, after I left, I looked at my watch, and to my surprise I was leaving only 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (they asked me to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time)!

My husband and I were greeted with a smile when we walked in the door. As we went back with the nurse, she was attentive to my needs, and she was professional and it didn't take long. As we moved to the office where we would meet Dr. Daniel [last name], we waited for a little while then he walked in. He was professional, friendly, attentive to what I was telling him about my situation. He explained that I needed surgery, we set up an appointment, and the surgery took place in June, and I am in the recovery stage now. From Dr. I[last name] to his PA Jan Michael Trinidad, to his Team, they were friendly, took care of me during my surgery and both my husband and I were pleased.Thank you so much.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Dr. [full name] and Dr. Trinidad as well as the whole office as a team. I had to go to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital for emergency. ACDF surgery. I am so thankful and so very grateful that the Lyle group was on call that weekend and they did not even hesitate to take care of me and have my best interest of heart. They are working with getting me out of pain and with doing emergency surgery, they saved me from possibly getting much much worse than what I already was. I would recommend the Lylerly Group to anyone and everyone! Thank you for all that you are doing to help me!
