Susannah Koch, MD
Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I just absolutely loved Dr Koch, my first visit with her. I am 68 and I feel like she is the best gyn I have ever had. Her med assistant was so sweet and know and concerned, too.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt everything went very smoothly

Dr. Koch took the time to go over test results, & explain any issues or concerns I was having regarding prescriptions. I felt she was very compassionate about her patients.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have been with Dr. Mueller for several years. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable.She has always been outstanding, explained everything that we were going to do. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a doctor. The medical assistant was very good, very professional.

Dr. Seyer was fantastic. She explained everything very well and always confirmed that I understood. The admin staff was so helpful, patient and warm. I now have two OBGYNs to recommend to my friends!

Dr Seyer has been a godsend for me. During my first appointment with her, she diagnosed & started treatment for a medical issue that had gone undiagnosed for 25 years. I like her very direct, matter-of-fact yet caring discussion of issues & treatment. She is a great asset to the BJC system.

Dr. Durer is an outstanding physician. I have always felt that he takes time, listens, and genuinely cares about his patients.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Anna could have asked me clarifying questions if she wasn’t 100% sure of what problem I was describing. In reading her note after my visit, she seems to have misunderstood the temporal component of my problem which explains why I left the visit feeling unheard and invalidated

Dr. Rockamann was great - this was my first time seeing her after switching OBGYN’s at 16 weeks pregnant and she was super friendly, down to earth and thorough in really getting to know me and my medical history (I could tell she had already read into my history quite a bit prior to my appointment as well which showed real professionalism and care). I’m thankful she accepted me as a new patient and I feel very comfortable with her as my doctor for the remainder of my pregnancy going forward. I would highly recommend her to others.

I was pleased with everyone I came in contact with! Dr Steiner! She explained plained the up coming needed procedure and offered me a choice of going to the hospital or having her perform it in her office!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing! I was very Happy with Dr Steiner! I finally found my Go-to GYN!!! I went to her last year for the first time and felt the same way then! 100%

Dr Steiner was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She explained all treatment options and allowed me time to work through my decision. She followed up the same day. Much appreciated. Front desk staff was awesome! Rooming nurse was very kind.

Dr Collins is a phenomenal doctor I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years, I’ve yet to find a doctor as caring and empathetic as her. Her staff is always very helpful and kind to me.

Jordyn is extraordinary. She is always so patient, understanding, & very reassuring when I need it the most! She always goes the extra step to make sure I feel heard which means so much! She (or her team) is always quick to respond when I have a question or concern, and she always makes way for an appointment if needed. Jordyn is my absolute favorite dr & I’m so thankful to be her patient!!

Dr. Chitwood was so empathetic. She was a great listener and did not rush our visit at all. And, I have to say it was the least painful well woman exam I have ever had.
