Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jordyn was absolutely phenomenal. She really listened and she did not make me feel ashamed at all about my body and she was just kind and gentle.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t think the appointment could’ve Been improved it was the best OB/GYN appointment I’ve ever had.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Staff and Dr. Chitwood are the best! Throughout my prenatal and postpartum care they have always made me feel safe, comfortable, and listened to. Everyone at the office is always kind and respectful. They actually make me look forward to visiting the OBGYN.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was having a non stress test. While my baby did pass, Dr. Chitwood suggested I continue being monitored so I could feel extra reassured that my son was doing great. I never feel rushed, and it really meant a lot that she suggested this in order for me to feel good before leaving the office .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
No notes. I’m very satisfied with my care.

Dr Chitwoood is the best GYN doctor I have ever had. She is always down to earth and extremely personable. I don't feel judged or talked down to when I see her.

This was my first visit with Jordyn. She was great! She made me feel comfortable, welcoming and heard. She discussed issues in terms that I could understand and made sure I knew what to expect. She made an uncomfortable appointment much easier to endure.

Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she genuinely cares.

Usually the waits aren’t very long but this last appt I was in the waiting room for 20 mins past appt time. Not complaining because this is rare.

Jordyn is extraordinary. She is always so patient, understanding, & very reassuring when I need it the most! She always goes the extra step to make sure I feel heard which means so much! She (or her team) is always quick to respond when I have a question or concern, and she always makes way for an appointment if needed. Jordyn is my absolute favorite dr & I’m so thankful to be her patient!!

Dr. Chitwood was so empathetic. She was a great listener and did not rush our visit at all. And, I have to say it was the least painful well woman exam I have ever had.

The receptionist was friendly, cheerful and helpful with checking me in! The nurse who got me ready for the visit was friendly, cordial and professional in nature. Dr Chitwood is easy to talk with and listens to my concerns. Her concern and bedside manner is excellent!! I look forward to my visits with her!!

The nurse and Doctor Taylor could call me the correct name instead of my last name. Especially being there weekly and communicating with the staff regularly via MyChart.

I dr. Taylor. I feel I can talk to her about anything. She never makes you feel like she’s rushed. I just would highly recommend her to anybody.

Honestly, Chitwood was an amazing doctor. She made a very difficult appointment comfortable and informative. I am very happy I decided to change to BJC.

Dr Abigail Chitwood is OUTSTANDING!! I just love her, she is wonderful in her care, very professional and very personable!! Also love her nurse, she’s Terrific!! Also very personable and professional! They BOTH just make you feel VERY COMFORTABLE.

Jordyn was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. You can tell that she loves what she does. She listened to my problems and gave me solutions for them. I’m very happy to be in her care.

Nurse Practitioner Jordyn is great she always make sure that you are comfortable and she is a great listener. You can really tell that she cares for her patients.
