I was the first appointment of the day and the doctor wasn’t in the building until 20 minutes after my appointment time and provided no explanation. He was in the room for less than 10 minutes.

Everyone was great! I always enjoy coming in because I know I’m going to have some giggles with the caretakers and be put at ease.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Schaecher and her team have consistently provided me exceptional care for the past decade. OB/GYNs have a tough job when it comes to staying on time. Dr. Schaecher’s team always communicate when there is a delay and make me feel that my time is just as valuable.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Schaecher has been a phenomenal physician for me for close to 10 years now. She was recommended to me by a friend in college & I continue to drive the 45 minutes to see her when I could easily find a different doctor within 5 minutes of my house. I’ve recommended her to several people over the years & will continue to do so. Her dedication & expertise deserves every bit of recognition.

Dr Pasquesi and her nurse are great….easy to talk to, relaxed, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciate both of them.

Dr. Lucco asked about mental health that might be affecting physical health. When I told her I was going through a divorce, she paused to make eye contact and express her sympathies.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing I can think of. Dr. Menges was perfect. I was looking for a new GYN and I feared I would never find one that I loved as much, but I did in Dr.Menges. She is wonderful! When you are a woman my age (73), you often become invisible especially to doctors. Not to Dr. Menges. Dr. Menges was a joy.

Dr. Schaecher and staff ate a dream team. Dr. Schaecher provides extremely thorough care. She is meticulously and methodical with her charting and her exams. I know that I am in really great hands. I tell everyone I know how wonderful she is.

Dr. Schachter is an excellent physician who is knowledgeable and compassionate. I was shown genuine concern and not rushed during my appointment. I will recommend Dr. Schachter to family and friends without hesitation.

Dr. DuMontier and staff are so personable and kind. I hate going to doctors but love seeing Dr. DuMontier and her staff- it’s like visiting friends!

Yes. Dr. Chadwick was amazing. The MA, was amazing as well. Dr. Chadwick truly has the most amazing staff. Dr. Chadwick and his staff cares about the patient

Dr Durer is a remarkable physician that has always provided extraordinary care, from the first visit some years ago to this final visit. Happy for him to retire, sad for his patients. He will be missed. He will be very difficult to replace.

My privacy and dignity by the medical assistant and Dr. Patel were maintained even when dealing with very sensitive and emotional topics. Dr. Patel was very pro-active r e a new fast-growing breast lump as well.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Nurse Jolene Borders for her friendly communication and very helpful suggestions throughout the pregnancy. Her quick responses in the chat and supportive guidance have been extremely reassuring and valuable. Thank you for the excellent care.

Jordyn was absolutely phenomenal. She really listened and she did not make me feel ashamed at all about my body and she was just kind and gentle.

I don’t think the appointment could’ve Been improved it was the best OB/GYN appointment I’ve ever had.

Dr. Voegtle and I have a long standing doctor/ patient relationship. I followed her to BJC because she is a good physician and kind soul. I have the highest of regard for her professionalism and attentiveness and her staff is great.

I had a very pleasant visit. Everyone was kind, and friendly. I waited about 5 minutes, to be called back. Dr. Chadwick answered all the questions I had.

Dr Patel is an excellent and caring doctor. Being a more mature person who had doctors who had their own practices and really focused on patient care; I believe Dr Meera Patel is one of the few doctors who still show that care in the current environment of hospital owned and paid doctor practices.
