What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was the first appointment of the day and the doctor wasn’t in the building until 20 minutes after my appointment time and provided no explanation. He was in the room for less than 10 minutes.

Dr Klabi listened to all my concerns, spent time with me and provided excellent care.

Everyone was great! I always enjoy coming in because I know I’m going to have some giggles with the caretakers and be put at ease.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Schaecher and her team have consistently provided me exceptional care for the past decade. OB/GYNs have a tough job when it comes to staying on time. Dr. Schaecher’s team always communicate when there is a delay and make me feel that my time is just as valuable.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Schaecher has been a phenomenal physician for me for close to 10 years now. She was recommended to me by a friend in college & I continue to drive the 45 minutes to see her when I could easily find a different doctor within 5 minutes of my house. I’ve recommended her to several people over the years & will continue to do so. Her dedication & expertise deserves every bit of recognition.

Dr Pasquesi and her nurse are great….easy to talk to, relaxed, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciate both of them.

Dr. Lucco asked about mental health that might be affecting physical health. When I told her I was going through a divorce, she paused to make eye contact and express her sympathies.

The time the doctor spent explaining the condition never diagnosed before felt safe. I’ve been waiting to find care like this for a good while.

Dr. Jaeger is the best OBGYN physician I’ve ever had. She has gone above and beyond for me in my trying to conceive journey. I sincerely appreciate her taking the time in answering all of my questions. She’s very responsive to my chart messages too. Which is very helpful in not having to make multiple appointments for small questions. The most important thing for me though is this at my appointments with her, she takes her time in talking to me and I don’t feel rushed at all. I drive 50 minutes to come see Dr. Jaeger and it is 1000% worth my drive every time. The entire staff is so nice as well and it is great experience everytime.

Dr Sayer and the entire staff is on point. I feel comfortable as I arrived and when I left and the timing between when I saw the doctor. I love this group and will continue to be a patient.

My Dr was amazing, very professional, listened to my concerns, followed thru with everything we spoke about. Told me if I needed anything at all, call and she would help!! I could not of asked for anything more!!!!

It was my 1st visit. The PA was great & there was a student following her. She was also great.

Dr Steiner made time in her busy schedule to see me for a concern of mine. I had to wait a little while to see her but that was totally understandable. She didn’t make me feel she was rushed, took time to listen to my concerns and provided a solution that worked.

My appointment was for an ultrasound that informed me surgery may be an option. More information on surgery would have been helpful for me. Details like downtime, pre or post op visits, what live looks like after surgery for the procedure I’m having would have been helpful for me.

Dr.McDaniel and the entire support staff were/are top notch. I’m thankful to have such great care. They are efficient, professional, caring and they show genuine interest in my well being.

Dr. Rockamann is the kindest, warmest and most caring doctor I see. She is interested in you as a person, not just a patient. She listens carefully and I never feel hurried in any way. She makes me feel so comfortable and respected. Her assistant is just like her. I know I am blessed to call her my doctor.

This is only the 2nd time that I have had an apt with this doctor. I felt completely at ease and carefully listened to by her. I left the office feel g all my concerns were answered and a good plan for the future was implemented.
