Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Steiner is easy to talk to, attentive, addresses my concerns and offers advice and suggestions. Brittany and the rest of staff are friendly and helpful.

The nurse that checked me in was very sweet, friendly and professional. Lyndsey Duffe is always very friendly, good listener and great at communicating procedures and care needed.

i was greatly appreciative of the time dr. voegtle took to discuss my concerns and the treatment plan she developed for me that is efficient and helps to continue to assess and also treat at the same time.

Dr. Schaecher is an outstanding doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She is thorough, thoughtful, and great at her job. She spends quality time with her patients. I trust her and any referrals or recommendations she makes.

Dr. Jostes gives and has given excellent care for his patients. He is an asset to his field and will be greatly missed.

Jordan H. is an OUTSTANDING NP. She embodies all the traits any patient wants to see in their healthcare provider. I’m so very grateful that Jordan takes such good care of me. She’s a definite keeper!!!

NP Johnson was amazing and listened to my concerns. Her nurse was also very kind and easy to talk to. I had a great experience with both of them.

Dr Chadwick took the time to read the scans and know what is wrong. He talked with me and explained things to me and was not rushing or careless

Dr. Lucco is excellent. She never rushes, explains things well and treats me like I am the only patient she has when I know she is very busy.

Amy was awesome. My daughter and I both had an appointment with her that day. The medical assistant was also great. We actually had fun that day.

Dr Menges is so professional! I left my last doctor because I heard wonderful things about her. She is Everything they said and more . She takes time to listen to me ask me question and her exams are over and painless before you know it. I always recommend her to friends!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everyone was kind except for Mary. I shared with Mary I was under the impression my urine was going to be “dipped” her response was defensive and lacks sympathy. She also made me feel rushed. I'm disappointed that I was treated subpar. I would like to suggest Mary Hans work on her bedside manner.

Dr. Chitwood is always fantastic. She focused 100% on you as the patient, never rushes you, and is always friendly and personable.

Dr Durer is AMAZING. He has been my physician for 20 years. He is smart, caring, empathetic and personable. He will have the difficult conversations with me and be honest. I love that he communicates and responds in a timely manner to questions sent through MyChart. I would not trust my care to anyone else.

The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Michelle and staff are such a good team. When you visit them you know you are on the best hands possible.

Jordyn is always supportive, caring, attentive, listens to needs/feelings/concerns, never makes me feel like I’m being rushed at my appointments. Jordyn always makes me feel better about my choices or concerns when I leave her office.
