Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was pleased with everyone I came in contact with! Dr Steiner! She explained plained the up coming needed procedure and offered me a choice of going to the hospital or having her perform it in her office!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing! I was very Happy with Dr Steiner! I finally found my Go-to GYN!!! I went to her last year for the first time and felt the same way then! 100%

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Steiner was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. She explained all treatment options and allowed me time to work through my decision. She followed up the same day. Much appreciated. Front desk staff was awesome! Rooming nurse was very kind.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Steiner is fantastic! She listens, cares and is great about explaining issues/care. Dr. Steiner always responds quickly anytime I reach out to her. Also, the nurse that took me back to the room was very nice, easy to talk with and was very thorough.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I received great medical care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
A wonderful atmosphere as you entering to Dr. Steiner office. Greeted by attentive and pleasant staff personnel. First time meeting with Dr. Steiner which was a pleasant visit and she showed such care to me. I’m glad she is my doctor.

None. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone was kind friendly and helpful. Love this office. I recommend to anyone.

Doctor steinfield was very excellent at listening even though she was running a few minutes behind she still didn’t seem to rush my appointment and was there to listen when needed.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The visit with the doctor could have been improved. I felt my concerns were dismissed. It would have been more helpful if the doctor had listened to my ongoing pain and discussed other possible causes.

Brittany was the MA who I saw. She was courteous and very kind. She smiled while she did her job, which was very nice to see.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
As a new patient everything was excellent. After about 5 minutes I was called back. Dr Steiner came in very quickly. It was amazing compared to others where you’re sitting in a room for an hour waiting.

Dr. Steiner has been the only dr who actually reads my chart and talks to me about it. Her staff are so nice and professional.

Dr. Holly Stiener was an excellent Dr. She was so thorough. And, she listened to what I was telling her. She did not rush me through. She explained really well so I could understand. She felt I should be referred to the genealogy dept. I really appreciated her thoroughness.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not really anything, I was so appreciative I got to see her and her referral to a specialist. It was exactly what I needed.

Everything ran very efficiently. I was impressed by the friendliness of the doctor and the office staff. My appointment took less than thirty minutes but was not rushed in any way.

Dr. Steiner is excellent. Dr. Steiner did surgery on me 5 years ago. I noticed her when looking at Drs on website. I was thrilled and made an appointment. Happy to see her. Excellent patient rapport and very understanding of personal needs. A good listener and fantastic with presentation of options for your care. Very helpful at giving all options which is important to me. Dr. Steiner remembered everything about my past case and personal life. Totally amazing Dr. and person. They don’t come better. Very pleased.
