What could have been done to improve your experience?
The visit with the doctor could have been improved. I felt my concerns were dismissed. It would have been more helpful if the doctor had listened to my ongoing pain and discussed other possible causes.

Brittany was the MA who I saw. She was courteous and very kind. She smiled while she did her job, which was very nice to see.

Staff and Dr. Steiner are a fabulous care team. I'm so happy to have been referred to a great office.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
As a new patient everything was excellent. After about 5 minutes I was called back. Dr Steiner came in very quickly. It was amazing compared to others where you’re sitting in a room for an hour waiting.

Nothing! One of the best experiences I’ve had.

Dr. Steiner has been the only dr who actually reads my chart and talks to me about it. Her staff are so nice and professional.

Dr. Holly Stiener was an excellent Dr. She was so thorough. And, she listened to what I was telling her. She did not rush me through. She explained really well so I could understand. She felt I should be referred to the genealogy dept. I really appreciated her thoroughness.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not really anything, I was so appreciative I got to see her and her referral to a specialist. It was exactly what I needed.

Dr. Holy was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. She’s the only gynecologist I’m ever felt comfortable with.

Everything ran very efficiently. I was impressed by the friendliness of the doctor and the office staff. My appointment took less than thirty minutes but was not rushed in any way.

Dr. Steiner listened to my frustrations and provided me with appropriate care and was understanding as well. I would recommend her to all my family and friends!

Dr. Steiner is excellent. Dr. Steiner did surgery on me 5 years ago. I noticed her when looking at Drs on website. I was thrilled and made an appointment. Happy to see her. Excellent patient rapport and very understanding of personal needs. A good listener and fantastic with presentation of options for your care. Very helpful at giving all options which is important to me. Dr. Steiner remembered everything about my past case and personal life. Totally amazing Dr. and person. They don’t come better. Very pleased.

Dr Steiner is an awesome Dr. I feel comfortable around her. I always dreaded my yearly exam but she's so nice, you kind of forget about the exam part. Staff was very friendly.
