What could have been done to improve your experience?
My appointment was for an ultrasound that informed me surgery may be an option. More information on surgery would have been helpful for me. Details like downtime, pre or post op visits, what live looks like after surgery for the procedure I’m having would have been helpful for me.

Dr. Mueller was very engaged in my questions about MRI vs mammogram and how my insurance will/won’t cover each.

I have been with Dr. Mueller for several years. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable.She has always been outstanding, explained everything that we were going to do. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a doctor. The medical assistant was very good, very professional.

Dr. Laura is fabulous. The nurse was also exceptional. Both made me feel comfortable & made sure any questions I had were answered.

Dr. Mueller was very patient and kind with me as she gave me the news of my loss and options for my next steps. She even let me sneak out the back of the office and she personally went to the front desk to rearrange my ultrasound and doctor appointments for me because we decided to confirm results in a week’s time. I didn’t have to do a thing except grieve my loss. The patient care during this loss was exceptional and I’m very grateful.

All of the staff were wonderful! It was my first time with Dr Mueller and she was lovely as well! The place runs like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Mueller and her MA are simply wonderful. I haven't felt this comfortable with a provider since the OBGYN I had when I had my child.

Everyone was excellent and courteous. Dr Mueller is an excellent physician who took the time to review my health history, remembered everything discussed previously and advised me in future steps. She is thorough and I trust her with my life.

I feel the nurse and all the staff help to make my time in the office a very comfortable and pleasant time. The nurse I got in the room was extremely nice and helped me to know what would be done in the appointment. Overall I feel the care I received was quite good.
