Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Lyndsey was AMAZING!! I felt comfortable telling anything. She didn’t rush me and informed me of all my decisions and the medical reasons behind it all.

Dr Duffey is excellent! She is smart and takes time to address any issue.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Lyndsay Duffe CNM was great - I requested an appointment with her based on the great reviews I’d seen online, and she did not disappoint. Wonderful bedside manner and listened to my questions and concerns. She explained my options and allowed my input in the decision making process.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt very rushed during my appointment. It was my glucose screening day and they were a little late getting me back. But, then I felt very rushed at my appointment because they had to come in to draw my blood while I was in the room and Lyndsay didn’t ask if I had any other questions, she just said see you next time and left while they drew my blood

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I like the serene atmosphere of the waiting room. Usually I don’t have to wait long. The staff speak at an appropriate volume level and no one seems to be rushed and I like that. They treat you as if you are the only person there.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing that I can see needs improvement.

Yes - Lindsay Duffe listened to my concerns and took them seriously , she explained things in a way I could understand . She is genuine , professional And most of all CARING - thank you for listening and giving good guidance

I will never return to this doctor’s office. Dr. Lindsey used to be a really good doctor, but with the last 2 appointments I’m not able to get a word in. I’m told about my care instead of being asked.

I really enjoy Lyndsay and staff they are always so friendly and make me feel very welcome. Lyndsay is very informative and always seems really pleasant and sweet.

Lyndsay is excellent. Her bedside manner is exceptional and she took her time to ensure I felt cared for and my questions were answered.

Lindsey was so amazing, I had to bring my kids today because of a scheduling issue and she was so kind to them & me despite their craziness.

The nurse that checked me in was very sweet, friendly and professional. Lyndsey Duffe is always very friendly, good listener and great at communicating procedures and care needed.

Dr Lyndsay was personable and friendly. Her interactions were clear and I was made comfortable throughout my well visit. She offered specific advice for health issues and acknowledged my concerns.

All staff handled their responsibilities with a pleasant demeanor in a manner that didn't appear rushed. Each kept their attention to the service they were providing me. Professional and kind.

Ms Duffey is an excellent practitioner. She seems knowledgeable and always follows through on anything I need. She is thorough in her exams. I prefer her over many of the doctors I have ever been to. I would recommend her to anyone.

Lyndsey has been so kind, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. I’m am so grateful I choose this team for my second pregnancy!
