Anna Barton was excellent - she was patient, explained a plan for testing, listened to my concerns and addressed them kindly, I left feeling like a I had a bit more control over the situation.

Nurse Anna was very clear and conscious of giving me a lot of facetime since I was a new patient. SHe double checked questions and concerns. SHe made me feel welcome and relaxed.
