Hi, I was very impressed with Anna, who's a nurse practitioner. She was outstanding and listened to me and her performance. She gave me security and I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and she was very pleasant.

First time I have worked with Anna. I was very, very impressed with her range of knowledge, she asked appropriate questions and gave important instructions for me to follow.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Anna could have asked me clarifying questions if she wasn’t 100% sure of what problem I was describing. In reading her note after my visit, she seems to have misunderstood the temporal component of my problem which explains why I left the visit feeling unheard and invalidated

Anna listened, remembered what I do for a living and asked how the summer went. Excellent listening skills, very caring, just a wonderful person. Happy to know she's there if I need her.

Anna is truly the best practitioner. She is extremely easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and figures ways to help you. I wish all doctors would care for their patients in such a manner.

Anna has a very caring and pleasant personality and spent time explaining details. I am very comfortable talking to her about health matters and she seemed knowledgeable about my health and needs.

Anna is amazing! She is so kind and makes me feel so comfortable. I can ask her anything and she really knows her information. I have referred several friends to this practice and they all mention how much they love seeing Anna. Her assistant is also excellent. I’m so glad this practice exists.
