Dr Collins is amazing. She truly listens and knowledgeably shares options for treatment. She personalizes her care to provide the best experience possible.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Less wait time would be helpful. However, I know there is often a wait time because Dr Collins is giving each patient the time they need to have all their questions answered.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Collins is always extraordinary. She goes above and beyond every single time I see her. I drive 2 hours just to see her and will continue to. Her personality, professionalism and caring nature makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. With a history of breast cancer I have several doctors that luckily are the best of the best including Dr Collins. I’m so thankful for the care she gives and she is now someone I consider a friend. Thank you Dr Collins for simply being you.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr.Collins spent around 30min to answer my questions. Gave very detailed and understandable answers. I was even telling my mom how thorough she was. Very happy with her as my Dr. She even gave me a hug on the way out. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new ob/gyn

Dr. Collins treats you as a person that she loves. She is in it for your whole body health at only the female side.

Dr Collins is amazing and that word doesn’t even begin to shed light on how personable and comforting she is. I would fly to St. Louis for an appointment with her from anywhere in the world. I will follow her practice where ever it goes. She’s one of a kind.

Dr. Collins is an extraordinary physician. When she enters the room I feel connected and cared for as a person and as a patient. She actively listens and answers questions I might have. Thank you Dr. Collins for what you do for women and medicine. 🥰

Both Dr. Collin’s and her assistant were excellent! Dr. Collin’s was amazing in every way! She is a phenomenal doctor! She was very clear in providing instructions…really professional and knowledgeable about her work…kind hearted and very thorough! I felt that she was an exceptional listener, and she helped me to feel empowered about being my own advocate for my care. Dr. Collin’s was funny and extremely helpful and supportive. I learned a ton of valuable information! She made me feel comfortable, and I knew I was in great hands! I am so grateful to have her as my doctor!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Collins is amazing. She made an uncomfortable situation connectable. I was a little frustrated with the wait at first but honestly forgot all about it once she came in the room.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The waiting time was pretty long. I wasn’t actually seen until an hour after my apt.

I truly love visiting Dr . Collins. Each visit is positive, professional, motivating, educational, nurturing and loving. Dr. Collins is always questioning how I feel. I can truly appreciate that in today’s world. She shows genuine care and concern for me, mind , body and soul. She is an amazing listener. She gives the best advice and operates with true integrity. A procedure that is often painful, she completed with gentleness and ease. Dr. Collins has been my OBGYN for over 10 years! I love her!

Dr Cherese Collins is always excellent. Even though I see her once a year, it’s as if she’s a childhood best friend that we can start right where we left off last time. She’s truly an amazing doctor!

Dr Collins walked in with a smile and excitement to see me, addressing me by name and asking about previous problems without having to constantly check my chart. She is amazing.

Dr Collins is ALWAYS very attentive. She goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and cared for. I and my daughter have been patients for 20 years. Hope she doesn’t retire anytime soon.

Dr. Collins was amazing, as always. I’ve never experienced such an outstanding bedside manner as hers. She is incredibly comforting and reassuring and makes you feel completely at ease. I cannot recommend her enough.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Collins—she is truly an angel and a blessing. From the moment you walk into her care, she makes you feel comfortable and valued, not just as a patient but as a person. She has a way of making every visit feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than just receiving medical care. Dr. Collins consistently goes above and beyond, paying incredible attention to detail and demonstrating a level of love and compassion for her patients that is simply unmatched. Her dedication and kindness make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr Collins has been my ob/gyn for many years now and every single moment I’ve spent with her has been a gift. She’s truly a remarkable doctor. She listened, offered suggestions and advice, let me ultimately decide, and reassured me that she’d be there every step of the way. She’s the best. (Her whole office is awesome!)
