Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Collins is a phenomenal doctor I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years, I’ve yet to find a doctor as caring and empathetic as her. Her staff is always very helpful and kind to me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

Dr Collins is the most incredible Gynecologist I have ever seen! She’s very knowledgeable, down to earth,and I’ve seen her for many years.

Dr. Collins does an excellent job of listening and of outting you at ease. She makes you feel like you are a long time friend. She truly cares.

Dr Collins is a wonderful doctor and I will continue to be her patient.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait is ridiculous. My appointment was at 8:30 I arrived at 8:05 then I sat in the exam room till 9:05 not acceptable at all.

Dr. Collins and her assistant are the best. I have been going to Dr. Collins for years. The combination of professionalism and true compassion makes me feel at ease during and after my visit.

Dr Collins is extraordinary. She focuses on whole person wellness, not just one narrow aspect of care. She is a strong advocate for her patients in the often confusing and contradictory health care environment.

Dr Collons is a treasure. As a retired RN, I have years of experience with many physicians. She is without a doubt the best and I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. She listens to me, she gives great medical advice with the best attitude and spends time without feeling she is too busy. She makes me feel important as her patient with her genuine interest in me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Collins is an Angel from God. Not only does she put her all in what she does. She genuinely cares about all her patients and their overall well being. You don’t have many doctors left like her and she is not just a doctor but she is like the sister I always wanted. She goes above and beyond at every visit and her staff is the same way . I know I work their nerves as I always have questions and always in my chart asking information. They ask and follow up and make sure that they do everything possible to make things clear. This office is heaven sent . My recent visit I broke down in tears because Dr Collins really made me feel accepted and she listened to my story and words cannot describe how grateful I am to be their patient.

Absolutely nothing they go above and beyond their standards at every opportunity. They don’t just have you as a patient they treat you like family .

Dr Collins always goes above and beyond making you feel like you matter and she cares. She runs behind but I don't mind waiting on the day of my appt because I know she will give me all the time I need also. That means alot. Love Dr collins.

Dr Collins is amazing. She truly listens and knowledgeably shares options for treatment. She personalizes her care to provide the best experience possible.

Less wait time would be helpful. However, I know there is often a wait time because Dr Collins is giving each patient the time they need to have all their questions answered.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Collins is always extraordinary. She goes above and beyond every single time I see her. I drive 2 hours just to see her and will continue to. Her personality, professionalism and caring nature makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. With a history of breast cancer I have several doctors that luckily are the best of the best including Dr Collins. I’m so thankful for the care she gives and she is now someone I consider a friend. Thank you Dr Collins for simply being you.

Dr.Collins spent around 30min to answer my questions. Gave very detailed and understandable answers. I was even telling my mom how thorough she was. Very happy with her as my Dr. She even gave me a hug on the way out. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new ob/gyn

Dr Collins is amazing and that word doesn’t even begin to shed light on how personable and comforting she is. I would fly to St. Louis for an appointment with her from anywhere in the world. I will follow her practice where ever it goes. She’s one of a kind.

Both Dr. Collin’s and her assistant were excellent! Dr. Collin’s was amazing in every way! She is a phenomenal doctor! She was very clear in providing instructions…really professional and knowledgeable about her work…kind hearted and very thorough! I felt that she was an exceptional listener, and she helped me to feel empowered about being my own advocate for my care. Dr. Collin’s was funny and extremely helpful and supportive. I learned a ton of valuable information! She made me feel comfortable, and I knew I was in great hands! I am so grateful to have her as my doctor!

Dr. Collins is amazing. She made an uncomfortable situation connectable. I was a little frustrated with the wait at first but honestly forgot all about it once she came in the room.

The waiting time was pretty long. I wasn’t actually seen until an hour after my apt.

I truly love visiting Dr . Collins. Each visit is positive, professional, motivating, educational, nurturing and loving. Dr. Collins is always questioning how I feel. I can truly appreciate that in today’s world. She shows genuine care and concern for me, mind , body and soul. She is an amazing listener. She gives the best advice and operates with true integrity. A procedure that is often painful, she completed with gentleness and ease. Dr. Collins has been my OBGYN for over 10 years! I love her!

Dr Cherese Collins is always excellent. Even though I see her once a year, it’s as if she’s a childhood best friend that we can start right where we left off last time. She’s truly an amazing doctor!
