Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I find married to be an excellent provider when it comes to OBGYN appointments she's very kind of thorough and does not judge by any questions answers all questions and explains very well in detail to where one can understand. Kudos to marry for a job well done really appreciate having her as my doctor. She stands for excellence integrity and compassion when it comes to her patience. I truly appreciate her the way she handles herself towards myself as a patient. 10/10 I truly respect her and a very happy to have her as my doctor and future needs!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I experienced nothing but excellence by her so I have nothing to add to improve her way of doing things other than keep up the great work you are very good to your patients and we appreciate it so much thank you Mary and happy holidays to you and your family

My doctor, Mary. I feel she really takes care of her patients and I always feel comfortable with her during my visits and/or exams.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Being on time for the appointment would have been a great improvement. They tell patients to arrive 15 minutes early yet don’t get seen until 15 minutes after the appointment time. What’s the point of me arriving early??

Dr. Mary and the staff that we’re excellent. They gave me the attention that I needed to feel comfortable.

I’ve been with this practice over 15 years the service is always amazing! I’d like to recognize the entire staff as being knowledgeable always caring shoes compassion and love!

Everyone was kind except for Mary. I shared with Mary I was under the impression my urine was going to be “dipped” her response was defensive and lacks sympathy. She also made me feel rushed. I'm disappointed that I was treated subpar. I would like to suggest Mary Hans work on her bedside manner.

Everyone in that office I come into contact with is precious! From the girl at the front desk to my appointment with Mary. Absolutely my favorite office! Other offices should do some training with these folks.

Staffing was pleasant and the cleaning of the exam room. The nurse gave me great help on keeping me healthy and the things to do and don’t do with my health.
