I look forward to seeing Dr. Dumontier every year. After having 2 babies and seeing her all the time, I can honestly say I missed our interaction. She is so down to earth and real and I appreciate her feedback whole heartedly. I know I can have candid conversations with her without being judged and she always makes me feel so comfortable. She is the best!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My experience was nothing less than I would expect from BJC from the moment I was greeted by the MA, to my exam by Dr. Dumontier. As a female, it can always be a little apprehensive going to a new OB/GYN, but I was immediately put at ease with a pleasant attitude and warm welcome. I felt Dr. Dumontier really listened to my concerns and was not dismissive in ways I have heard other physicians may be. I did require some follow up and was able to get those appointments scheduled easily and within a timeframe that amazed me. I have already mentioned my experience to several of my co-workers (fellow BJC employees) looking for a new OB/GYN and foresee some new patients in the future. Great job!

I have been a patient here for many years and always tell any one who is looking for an OB/Gyn to come to this practice. Dr. DuMontier is fantastic and her staff is always willing to help me transfer from my wheelchair to the exam table and vise versa.

The entire team at BJC Medical Group OB-GYN Associates is patient, kind, and compassionate. I always feel cared for during appointments and would absolutely recommend this office to friends and family!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dumontier. She is truly an exceptional OBGYN—compassionate, kind, and always takes the time to listen and care deeply about her patients. After so many years with her, I genuinely feel like she’s more than just my doctor—she feels like a friend. She creates such a comfortable and supportive environment, which makes all the difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My appointment was at 3 p.m. The doctor did not come into my room until 4:25. I was brought back to a room at 3 o'clock and sat there for over an hour. I was late to get my child from school and made this known to them when they brought me in there that I had to leave on time. And it was an hour and a half later before I was seen.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Yes, from the time I walked into the clinic, even though I was running late, everyone was so pleasant. Everyone had a smile on their face. I didn't feel like they were rushing me. And then when I got back in the room, like always, Dr. Dumonte took every question, took her time. I didn't feel rushed. I love that she asked about my family, my son, my boyfriend at the time. She just took her time with me, and I really appreciate that.

Erin really took the time to listen to me and speak to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and like I was being heard. I had brought up my weight concerns to my previous OBGYN which was brushed off immediately but Erin listened to scheduled the appropriate labs which made me feel heard, noticed and cared for.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Was having a birth control implant removed and another one inserted. It didn’t go as smoothly as expected but Dr DuMontier was cheerful and calm, was constantly talking with both of us. And even though it was more difficult, the experience felt really good.

Nothing. They were fabulous. Both Dr DuMontier and her nurse!!!!!

Dr. DuMontier was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. It was my first visit and I was very happy that I chose her as my new doctor. I feel very confident in her expertise.
