Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr DuMontier and her medical assistant are always friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with great respect.

Dr Erin and her staff were kind and attentive to me . I felt cared for and I appreciate more than I can say !!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Was having a birth control implant removed and another one inserted. It didn’t go as smoothly as expected but Dr DuMontier was cheerful and calm, was constantly talking with both of us. And even though it was more difficult, the experience felt really good.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. They were fabulous. Both Dr DuMontier and her nurse!!!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. DuMontier was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. It was my first visit and I was very happy that I chose her as my new doctor. I feel very confident in her expertise.

I love the Medical assistant for Dr Demontie. She was awesome so kind and sweet. Just a real joy. There is no one better than Dr. Demontier. She is the best Dr at BJC. If they were all like her BJC would be a much better place.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I love Dr Demontier and her staff. I recommend her to everyone female I know. Again if all doctors at BJC were just Like Erin Demontier BJC would be a much better place.

It’s was my first visit with Dr DuMontier. I so enjoyed her. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained things so well and really listened. I am so happy I switched.

I love everything about this office! Everyone is super friendly, laughing with the patience. Doctor Demonte is the best! If I were younger(much younger) I girls would definitely have loved her for my OB. Both of my daughters see Dr. Demonte and love her. Dr. Demonte delivered our last grandson. I just can’t say enough about her. I felt like I was her only patient for the day.

Dr. Erin Dumontier, Extremely interested and helpful for an older patient. Not just for young pregnant mothers. Help is out there for women of all ages. Thank you Doctor

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Every single staff member I met greeted me and smiled. They were helpful and very caring. Dr. Dumontier went above all my expectations. She discussed every issue with me and answered all of my questions. She was very informative and compassionate.

All of the staff is so welcoming & kind, I brought my daughter with me & everyone went out of their way to be sweet to her. They are truly the most friendly staff I have interacted with & im always excited for my appointments.

Dr. DuMontier is a fantastic physician! She helps me feel at ease when I am usually very anxious in medical settings.

The wait was especially long, but I understand it is the nature of ObGyn offices that unexpected things do come up.

The MA made me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Dumontier was great and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back for routine care.

I go by my middle name and they all knew that and called me by that name. Staff was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr Dumontier took time to hear my concerns and discuss ways to help.

Dr Erin is the very best, as far as I’m concerned! I am very grateful for her.,as well as the entire staff. They present themselves as a great team and very knowledgeable as well as personable. The waiting time is excellent. Everything is excellent!!!

Not a single thing !!!! I have to add that I recommend two of my closest friends to her and they both fell in love with her as well!!!

Wait time for provider after being roomed by MA. It would be nice to have someone check in if MD is running late by 15+ or 30+ minutes.
