Worst experience with BJC ever. NP Jolene spent less than 3 minutes total with me. She never asked how my different issues just was cold and rude about how she can’t help me

My appointment with Jolene was at 9:30. I checked in early and was brought back early. Turns out my visit was completed before the original appointment time of 9:30!! This was the first time that I met with Jolene. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and communicated clearly.

Jolene Borders was so easy to talk to and took my current cancer treatment with Wash U into consideration in deciding next steps for this new issue. I was very impressed (and pleased) with her cautious approach to our next steps and her consulting with her doctor. She explained the possible options very clearly and patiently and assured me they would consult with my oncologist in determining how to proceed. I left there feeling comfortable that I was in good hands and felt Jolene treated me as though I was a long time patient even though I am a new patient.
