I felt comfortable enough in an uncomfortable position. Exam was quick, yet thorough.

The time the doctor spent explaining the condition never diagnosed before felt safe. I’ve been waiting to find care like this for a good while.

I had never seen the nurse practitioner before, but she was so kind and accommodating. I was very pleased with her.

This is the first time I’ve seen Samantha, she was very easy to talk to, professional, and caring. I would rate her as the Best!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I cannot say enough about how kind, courteous and compassionate the doctor was and how kind and friendly the office staff was. I will surely be back for any care I need in the gynecology area and will definitely refer friends and family the the practice.

I have not been a patient in this office every long, but from day one I felt a comforting level of interest in my concerns. The entire staff was welcoming and very professional. Their follow-up was always on point. This is a wonderful office.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of anything to improve the visit. The staff was very professional and the service was excellent. I Felt heard and respected. I did not feel rushed.

Samantha was wonderful, and the intern that was with her as great questions had continuous I contact and listen to every word I said, and asked if she didn’t understood stand what I said

Serita has been amazing, I feel kinda guilty and almost like a problem child since I’m a new patient and have been pretty needy but she’s always to sweet and literally does whatever she can to help accommodate me.

The visit was great. Sammi is amazing. I was beginning to think my body had changed but now I realize it’s the technique of the person using the speculum. This visit was completely pain free.

Sammy talked to me during the more unpleasant part of my examination which helped make me feel comfortable and distracted. She was so friendly and genuinely interested in hearing about my daughter and plans for a second child.

Yes PA Syrett consistently goes above and beyond. As a stay-at-home mom, my appointments with her are often the only time I get to connect with another adult, and she always makes me feel genuinely heard. She’s incredibly attentive, treats me with kindness, and engages with me in a way that shows she truly cares about my well-being not just medically, but personally. I actually look forward to my appointments with her, which says a lot. Her compassion and attentiveness are extraordinary and deeply appreciated. She also makes sure all my appt go smoothly and quickly. I'm never confused she gives me thorough instructions. And promptly messages me with my results.

Sammi has a gift of entering a room and being able to immediately connect with the patient and help them feel comfortable. She is quick to listen and offer support, education, and guidance. During a vulnerable appointment for me, Sammi was kind and understanding.
