Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Patel is wonderful with explaining things and is very relatable. I feel comfortable asking her questions and trust her opinion.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Patel is amazing! Her explanation of test results - associated options and how to understand the data in association with my body and age are beyond compare. For the second time in my life- her view point helped me understand what other specialists failed to explain and it changed my understanding my health
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait time between appt scheduled time and seeing the physician was 30 minutes- somewhat longer than I to wait in the past

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The fact that I lost a couple family members since my last visit in 2021 and Dr Patel and her staff expressed sympathy and showed support and kindness made me feel really good about choosing her as my gynecologist.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The amount of time you wait after arriving early and the amount of time you’re in dispose while waiting for the physician is absurd. Never runs on time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Patel is excellent at explanations and recommendations. She did not rush my appointment and made me feel confident in her knowledge and well respected as a patient. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Everything was fine; no complaints at all.

I have been Dr Patel’s patient for over 21 years and she is wonderful. Very to the point without being insensitive, I always know what my options are. She is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Patel is truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen, shows a genuine interest in my well-being, and provides outstanding care with compassion. Her dedication is evident in every visit, and I always leave the office feeling valued, knowing that my health is her top priority. She also has a wonderful team, and I appreciate the warm, welcoming environment they create.

The service was top tier from the Dr and staff. ! I felt like family and I’m not saying this lightly! I truly look forward to coming to my dr appointment and I feel safe as a black woman in their care and that speaks volumes in itself!
