The service was top tier from the Dr and staff. ! I felt like family and I’m not saying this lightly! I truly look forward to coming to my dr appointment and I feel safe as a black woman in their care and that speaks volumes in itself!

I appreciate Dr. Patel's guidance over the past few years regarding my medical condition. She always provided options and gave me the autonomy and time to choose when ready. We'd been discussing surgery 3-5 years at least but I never felt rushed. I finally made the decision March 2024 and it was the best decision I've ever made.

Dr. Patel is an exemplary physician- she takes her time with me and she is very thorough in her examination. Most importantly, she combines warmth with expertise. It is always pleasant to see Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel always takes the time to fully educate me and listen to me. She makes me feel heard and never like she is in a rush. She is an amazing provider and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor!

Both my doctor and the medical assistant helped with my 2 year old son who had great difficulty sitting still so I could have my exam and speak with the doctor. Staff helped distract him and took him for a walk around the office and when my exam was finished the doctor watched my son so I could get dressed.
