Dr. Mai has a positive attitude! I’m about to start a bank of tests, and feel he’ll know how to get the right message across to me. He was recommended to us and seems to have a good understanding of the process. So far, I’m glad we were able to get under his care.

From the moment I walked in, every member of the team made me feel welcome and at ease. The entire staff was professional and friendly.
Dr. Obi is patient and kind. He took the time to listen and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I highly recommend Dr. Obi and his staff.

The office staff are professional and friendly. They seem to actually like their jobs. Dr. Ross is just the BEST. He takes his time and answers all my questions. The procedure Dr Ross performed was highly successful and has made me very happy.

Very nice front desk personnel. Never have had to wait long to be seen by doctor which is very rare for other offices. And Dr. Austin is great! Really listens and is conservative which we like. I highly recommend Baptist Heart Specials and Dr. Austin!
