Very clean and organized. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Appointments ran on time and Pam, the nurse practitioner, was very knowledgable, helpful and readily answered questions. She gave a clear and concise visit summery and medication update.

The waiting room was very comfortable. The check-in process was very user-friendly. The waiting time was minimal. The staff and Dr. Obi were very knowledgeable in diagnosing my cardiovascular issue and recommending a viable and successful treatment plan.

Easy and friendly check in. Not a long wait time. The male physician’s assistant (not sure of his name or title) who took my vitals and did the EKG was very nice and professional. I enjoyed meeting Christina Bach. She was very personable, informative and patient with my questions. The visit notes and test results were posted to My Baptist Chart in record time. I have
no criticisms as I had a completely positive experience.

I felt like Dr. Patel was very concerned about my medical history and made some very good suggestions about how my health issues should be handled in the future. I have been thinking about the things we discussed and I agree with his assessment because it made sense to me.

Dr. Ghetiya and her entire staff are very professional and kind!! Dr. Ghetiya is the only Doctor that dug down deep to find out what was wrong with my heart, all others said that it was normal only one area shows on my EKG was irregular and nothing to worry about. All the while it was Afib!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to care. My husband and I moved here two years ago, and we love all the staff at every Baptist facility we have gone too. I am a licensed psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist, and my husband is a neurosurgeon. We admit to being picky about healthcare. In our opinions, Baptist knocks it out of the park every time. KEEP IT GOING, GUYS!!!
