Response by Emergency Room Doctor and staff in Fernandina first class. Recognized I was in serious trouble ,diagnosed the issue and immediately scheduled helicopter ride to Cath lab at Baptist Hospital Jax. Upon arrival immediately taken in and stent inserted. The team was actually waiting in the hall for me upon my departure from the helicopter .Team of nurses and doctors incredibly professional. Transferred to room. Nursing staff and support team took excellent care of me. The complete experience was exceptional!

The nurses were very attentive and keep checking on me. The nurse in the operating room made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It was a good experience.

The office is well managed. If I have any questions all I have to do is call or contact the office online and someone will get back to me right away. The office is located very close to my home, so it is very convenient for appointments, but since my last visit I've learned the office will operate out of Baptist Heart Specialists - Baptist Nassau Crossing, that is further away, but not too far.

The best thing at your facility is your people. From anonymous folks at the door or walking down the halls to the care staff at the desks or busy in the department, everyone was friendly, conscientious and efficient.
I’m not saying it is a fun place but at least it is a pleasant one.
