Staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Check in was seamless with no waiting. Pre-surgery and after surgery personnel provided great patient care. Same can be said of the overnight hospital stay. The surgical team worked well together if I have to have a similar procedure in the future; I would request this surgical team. A 5 star visit.

The Dr and have been a patient for over 40 years and even had several of my Drs retire in that time but each has been wonderful. I really Enjoy Dr Diloreto and he has been great and efficient with our apts. Staff is well trained and friendly, Thank you for the excellent care!

The office spaces are very welcoming. The check-in process is very quick and easy. The wait time is almost always short. Personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Professional, sincere, empathetic staff at all levels. The attending CNA prepping me for the procedure was outstanding! Can’t say enough about the superb care I receive from Baptist Heart Hospital. I had a heart attack in 2014 and have had at least seven subsequent procedures and not one issue. I have put my like in Baptist hands and have felt completely at ease.

Location is convenient for me. Office is always clean, appointments are easy to make, the staff is always very friendly, courteous and helpful. Ms Ashley, my nurse is very thorough, friendly, helpful and attentive . Dr. Diloreto is a great doctor, always concerned , very informative about my health and well-being. Definitely a great place to go for the best heart health care.
