I had a heart cath procedure. Very efficient surgical team. Because of the lateness of the removal of the sheath, the ride i had arranged was unable to pick me up. So I was assigned a room. Each nurse on each shift was very nice and went beyond the minimum. All super friendly. So I was well treated. Despite the gigantic size of Baptist, the caring is there.

Everyone from the greatest to the least were all so friendly and helpful in every way... the doctors, the nurses, receptionists, all great and accommodating. The facility is grand, comfortable with relaxing surrounding.

All of the Baptist employees try very hard to make sure each patient is seen in a timely manner.
The Doctors always take the time to explain what they feel the patient needs and how to move forward with any treatment needed.
