The nurses were excellent. Dr Austin jumped in to do procedure as it was getting late in the day. We can’t say enough about how nice facility is and again thanks to the nurses and Dr Austin.

Kept me on 1st floor in same nice room overnite after my pacemaker and was not up in general population maybe sharing a room, dealing with hospitalist, who does not know me , new germs, and praying someone comes when I need help. Was terrific to be downstairs . I had my own great nurse, David, and it was the best situation for me. Whoever devised this system was very smart and should be congratulated!

Had never been here before. Everyone was polite and friendly. Less than 10 minutes in waiting room before being called back. The M/A was so friendly and open . He made me comfortable in that setting. Then Dr Austin came and in and introduced himself. He was so personable. He went over my test results and then explained them to me along with his recommendation. I was very impressed with the overall functioning of this office.

I am so impressed with the exceptional care and attention I received throughout my experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome at the front desk set the tone for my visit. Once admitted, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from my room. Having such a serene outlook was incredibly comforting and helped me feel more at ease. The room was spotless. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I also want to give special recognition to my surgeon, Dr. Austin. The location was pretty amazing -- river view room! But the staff on the 3rd floor was really great. My father has Parkinson's. As a result he often experiences various difficulties -- sleeping, walking, etc. He was there for about 8 days, so we dealt with several different shifts and various techs and nurses. But they were all well trained, very personable, and generally knew how to deal with someone in my Dad's condition.
