Very nice front desk personnel. Never have had to wait long to be seen by doctor which is very rare for other offices. And Dr. Austin is great! Really listens and is conservative which we like. I highly recommend Baptist Heart Specials and Dr. Austin!

I like the efficiency of making an appointment and getting in right away. Everyone at the office of Electrophysiology was very personable and thorough. Dr. Austin was so good at explaining my issue to me and my family. He took a lot of time with me. He helped allay our fears.

The completeness of services offered without a doubt. I’m seeing a cardiologist, was referred into a specialist (electrophysiologist) and I’m seeing a wellness specialist for my obesity. Can’t say enough good about all three points that I’ve touched within this practice.
