Wonderful, compassionate staff, great doctors and nurses. Polite and friendly front desk staffs and above all the bmc heart specialist team are excellent in caring. They are ordained physicians to make patients feel comfortable and confident and feel better about themselves. Very pleased with every BMC care team. They don't just take care of me and my family, the understand and are doing the best to make sure I am medically cared for.

The service delivery is excellent. The staff are exceptionally caring and focused. I was very much nervous days before the procedure but as soon as I had the first conversation with nurse that received me from the check in desk, I was relieved. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking seeking medical treatment.

Clean,and the people are great.I had a heart attack on Wed 2-11-26.Babtist Nassauville Er prep Me for Helicopter ride to baptist Hos Jacksonville.On arrival Al the Heart cath team was waiting on Me.They rolled Me right into surgery from helio.Doc found I had a blockage and put a stint in.I was taken to ic recovery.I was monitoried for 48 hrs and released Fri.They r the best.Saved my life with quick action and. Highly trained personnel.The Nurses I had were very nice and pros.They took great care of Me.
