I recently visited Dr. S. Patel at Baptist Heart Specialists on University Boulevard, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and reassuring. What stood out most was the combination of expertise and genuine compassion. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. The entire experience left me feeling confident, informed, and well cared for.

Very organized office. Dr. Salil Patel had read my transfer records. Addressed diagnosis, changes in medications and what follow up to expect. Very smart, excellent bedside manner. Very caring and notes sent to primary care in 24 hours and a vist summary with medication changes and ordered labs. I was very impressed with care and feel as though my best outcome is a priority to him. Very satisfied he gets a score of 100 on a ten scale.
