Dr. S. Patel & staff respond to all of my questions and concerns. Patient service level is excellent. Recently; completed a stress test at Baptist South. The procedure and follow up was quick and straightforward. The info exchanged by Dr Patel and both staffs made me feel confident and safe.

Your staff is awesome. All of them were patient and kind to me. I would like to thank everyone who helped me, including those who moved me from area to area, such kind young people. I believe I was in more areas than I've ever been during this visit.My room and all those I visited were always clean. The young man who came from physical therapy was wonderful. Those persons who came from the cafeteria - good food and pleasant, I want to come to Baptist Hospital always.

Very pleasant experiences every time. Dr. Salil is very clear in his explanations and suggestions--and helps to calm and to cause one to be much more positive. The office staff and nurses are kind and understanding. The entire office sets a bar for wonderful customer care!
