All of the staff are professional, and very kind and supportive. In a world where people are sometimes treated like a number and a nuisance, we were treated with respect and we were listened to, by the nurses, the doctors, all the staff. We appreciate being treated with Kindness and respect.

First and foremost the level of care and attention to the patient. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but particularly CeCe and Sam the nurses were beyond outstanding! They truly need to be recognized as shear perfection. But truly the PAs, the food delivery, the cleaners, the surgery experts coming in on their day off (Jade and others), the emergency room staff and Doctors, the scribe, the blood work, the check in guy, Ronald the other nurses, the dietary and medication expert, Dr Patel, Dr. [last name], the ambulance staff, the echo cardio expert, the cat scan experts, the ultra sound expert, and the other doctors....just everyone so professional and wonderful and truly appreciated in every way!

Everyone there is very professional and thorough in everything they do. The doctors are very knowledgeable and do more than just the cursory visit. They look at the whole person medically not just their specialty.

Dr. Patel was friendly and helpful. He didn’t much any surgery or medication. He said he would order me some compression socks and would retest me in 6 months in his office. I like the fact that he listened and I didn’t feel reached. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Wonderful, compassionate staff, great doctors and nurses. Polite and friendly front desk staffs and above all the bmc heart specialist team are excellent in caring. They are ordained physicians to make patients feel comfortable and confident and feel better about themselves. Very pleased with every BMC care team. They don't just take care of me and my family, the understand and are doing the best to make sure I am medically cared for.

The service delivery is excellent. The staff are exceptionally caring and focused. I was very much nervous days before the procedure but as soon as I had the first conversation with nurse that received me from the check in desk, I was relieved. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking seeking medical treatment.
