I felt like Dr. Patel was very concerned about my medical history and made some very good suggestions about how my health issues should be handled in the future. I have been thinking about the things we discussed and I agree with his assessment because it made sense to me.

It was easy to make the appointment, check-in was easy, and I didn't have to wait long in the office till I was called back. The office staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first visit with Dr, Patel and he was very easy to talk with. He went over the records from my previous cardiologist and tests that had recently been done and recommended a plan for me moving forward. He is a good listener and he documented our conversation and it is in the portal for me to review if I need to.

Attentive and on the ball with his care. Family supported as well. Room nice and wife able to stay with me due to room. Feels like they went above and beyond to try to save his life.

I want to compliment the staff at Baptist Heart. It obviously can be a very stressful time but the staff and Doctor were excellent.
Dr. Patel was the surgeon and Stacy was the nurse who took care of me. She was excellent...very professional, knowlegeable and caring. And has a good sense of humor which we needed!!!

The dr very friendly, ask a lot of questions, and really listen what you have to say, and he includes my sons when I’m in his office on conference calls so they can hear what his is saying, so he’s awesome. His staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff of all ranks were courteous and had my interests and safety. All were so very kind especially upon discharge. Lightning fast and easy! I was unprepared to be admitted to a hospital, and staff made it easy for me to get freshened up. Thank you !Thank you !
