Staff members are friendly and respectful of patients' concerns about the safety of heart procedures and anti arrhythmic drugs. They treat medical issues on the basis of a patient's individual situation. I trust their advice based on their expertise and experience. I feel relaxed when I talk to them especially the nurse practitioners and physician's assistants. It is comforting to know that they have collaborated with the doctors before consulting with patients. Overall, I have been impressed with the medical services.

Doctors, PAs, and APRNs are all attentive and explain things clearly. My cardiologists are Dr. Nader for regular cardiology and Dr. Austin for electrophysiology. While I was in the hospital, Dr. Ruiz came in regularly to check on me and explain what they were doing.

Staff are positive and friendly. No long wait. Roger and Allison who are assisting Dr. Mckillop are astute in hearing my medical issues.
Dr. Mckillop is an excellent EP cardiologist. He is very transparent in explaining the procedures that needs to be done. Explains with clarity and updates me with new medical innovation s regarding ablation.
Dr. Mckillop is one of the best. Highly intelligent, informative and humble.

The doctor and PA listen to want you are sharing with them. They are thorough in their examination. Scheduling of appointments is excellent. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor.
