Everything was excellent, especially the staff. The faculty was organized and clean although the staff was exceptionally busy with the patients, cleanliness was never overlooked. I must give a “shoutout” to the staff. They worked extremely well together, assisted each other, but never overlooked the patient. In my case the stay there was lengthen due to recovery time, but this is not to say that checkin in and the actual procedure were well handled - it was! The staff during recovery were more than excellent. I wish I could remember all their names, but Stacy, Chris, Abbey (?), Rebecca, etc. were great. I was treated well and with respect. Sorry but there were several others but I cannot remember their names.

What I like is that for the first time that I was alarmed about my health and scared that something was wrong with my heart they took the time to actually find out what was wrong even in spite of my insurance lapsing they went above and beyond to make sure, I even went home with enough medicine until I can see a primary care doctor I've never had that type of experience with a hospital Nora a hospital staff, and I greatly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart

I was amazed that an institution, this large could be so efficient, state of the art, equipment, every facet, from CNA's to Dr's were approachable, caring, and as I am a Jehovah's Witness I appreciated their knowledge and standards on BLOOD LESS surgery. The best medical care I received requiring hospital care I've had.

Dr Gummadi and staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait for a long time in the waiting room or in the examination room, and I was very appreciative of that.
