First time in the newest wing of the heart center. Team did a good job from entrance into the building, getting set up pre-op and execution of the event. Good communication - thanks Doc for stopping by at the end of your long day. Overnight stay went well - exit in the AM as promised ! Happy customer- happy patient.

The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. The doctor wasn't in a rush and answered all of my questions with good explanations. I only had to wait a short time for the exam room and when the nurse was finished, the doctor can right in without delay.

I can’t say enough about it. The facility itself is clean and attractive but the staff is what really makes it. From the moment I walked in, a receptionist greeted me and got me checked in. There was no wait. I was immediately taken to my room. I was greeted by a nurse who got me situated. My room was on the river which is a beautiful and calming sight. My doctor had a tough case ahead of me that lasted much longer than anyone expected. When my doctor came to my room, he apologized (which was unnecessary) and had a calming demeanor about him. The same for the anesthesiologist. After the procedure, my nurse was caring and competent. The care was exceptional from all the staff. Finally, the biggest surprise was the food. It tasted homemade and could have come from a fine restaurant.

I arrived and checked in prior to 6:30 AM, was sent to the waiting room and was called in almost as soon as I sat down. Stacey and Rochelle went about their prep steps, I had visits with others who would be involved, including Dr. McKillop, and I was soon on my way to the OR. I pretty much slept through he next several hours, but when awake, I had no pain or discomfort, and I was checked frequently until discharge later that afternoon. It is a very well-run system.
