I used to be kept waiting for a long time for the doctor to come in to see me; however, that has improved. My recent visit I was not kept waiting at all. That was a welcomed change.

Everything. Excellent staff. We call Dr Ruisi a miracle man. He has done so much helping my husband continue to have good quality of life since 2011. My husband had sever heart damage in 1993. In 2011 my husband had quadruple bypass surgery. Dr Ruisi began his first day on his new job & my husband was one of first patients. He put in an ICD & pacemaker wire to keep his heart in rhythm. Now 2025 he performed ablations & removed scar tissue from his heart. We have 100% confidence in Dr Ruisi.
His monitoring staff is excellent. All of the staff explains everything throughly. They are friendly & very professional.
Our emotional support service dog goes everywhere with us. She was allowed everywhere in the hospital areas with me. My husband had a big smile on his face when he woke up to see our dog looking at him. The staff loved having her there. I can’t say enough about Baptist Health’s medical team & hospital.

My visit with Dr Ruisi was wonderful. I saw him 0ver 20 years ago when he first came to Baptist to practice. I will continue to see him as needed now that i am 83 years old with A-fib. He was on time and explained anything I asked. Wonderful doctor as all my doctors at Baptist*

Checked in, sat down and got called. Should have kept on standing. Dr Ruisi, worked with me to modify my pacemaker parameters to enhance my athletic lifestyle.

Services easy to schedule with competent doctors. There are several sites to schedule procedures. When possible prescription costs are considered when medications are prescribed.
