From the time we got there until my procedure was over, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. My procedures went well, great doctors and my recovery was uneventful - special thanks to my nurse Chris - he was outstanding and provided exceptional care - and he was so comforting, as I was very scared and nervous.

First, the wonderful staff! Every person that we had any interaction with including doctors, nurses, techs, office staff, and hospitality were so professional! They were kind, accommodating, thoughtful and went above and beyond to meet our every need. They truly made a difficult time better for us. The hospital was exceptionally clean and calming. I feel like my husband received the very best treatment he could and for that we are both appreciative and grateful!

Everything! Everyone was very pleasant kind caring and very knowledgeable. My room was great, and all nurses were top notch. I’ve been a patient in a good number of health care facilities, including Mayo in Jax, and without a doubt my experience at Baptist ranked #1 by far. All the doctors that saw me were great! All staff were very caring. The nurse managers were very professional and communicative.
