First, the wonderful staff! Every person that we had any interaction with including doctors, nurses, techs, office staff, and hospitality were so professional! They were kind, accommodating, thoughtful and went above and beyond to meet our every need. They truly made a difficult time better for us. The hospital was exceptionally clean and calming. I feel like my husband received the very best treatment he could and for that we are both appreciative and grateful!

Everything! Everyone was very pleasant kind caring and very knowledgeable. My room was great, and all nurses were top notch. I’ve been a patient in a good number of health care facilities, including Mayo in Jax, and without a doubt my experience at Baptist ranked #1 by far. All the doctors that saw me were great! All staff were very caring. The nurse managers were very professional and communicative.

The entire staff is very professional and caring at the same time. One of my caregivers remembered that I had taught her in middle school many, many years ago! I always felt secure in the care they were giving me. I won't say I am looking forward to my next visit, but it so nice to feel secure and safe in their care.

The heart center at Baptist downtown runs like a well oiled machine. Even though they are currently working around a construction project they still make everything work. Every staff member I interacted with was professional but also very friendly and helpful. Dr. Satpathy and her team made me feel comfortable and relaxed before my procedure. The team was so organized and had everything prepped and ready to go in a very short time, considering what was involved to prepare for the procedure. They talked to me, telling me what they were doing.
