Caring, thoughtfulness, courtesy and respect, the staffs patience. The understanding of the front desk staffs, the Coumadin nurse kindness and gentleness, as usual my Cardiologist compassion and dedication to getting my heart healthy. I appreciated every effort in making me valuable and my health is important. Dr. Ghetiya and her team were great.

I cannot recommend Baptist Medical Heart Specialists on University Boulevard highly enough! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, the entire staff made me feel like family. The customer service makes you feel better in health. Than, the environment is quiet and kind. Plus the Doctor has a way of making sure you are receiving the right treatment and medication you need to recover.

The nurses and doctors are personable, polite, and knowledgeable. Any procedures needed are explained thoroughly. A follow up plan is provided if needed. Dr. Ghetiya listens to concerns you may have and addresses each one.
