The staff at Dr. [last name]'s office are fantastic! I had my pre-procedure appointment with Sara Chance and she answered all of my questions. She never made me feel rushed and truly listened to me. I can't say enough wonderful things about this office!

I was able to see both the Doctor and the P.A. They were not rushed. They answered my questions and made solid recomendations including chiding me over not schedluing an appointment with my primary heart Doctor for a year.

We had an appt with Sara Chance, Physician Assistant to Dr [ ]. She was phenomenal! My husband has been through a lot lately and she took the time with us and explained the options that were available for him. She explained everything in detail and when Dr [ ] came in she assisted in explaining which path my husband preferred to take. She made us both feel at ease and when we left we were feeling much better.

Dr. [ ] and Sarah answered all my concerns. Checked carefully my medications and test. Adjusted my medicine to help me. Baptist is very fortunate to have them on staff. Wish all doctors were as attentive and knowledgeable. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The PA that took care of me was very knowledgeable and caring. She checked with the doctor if she didn't have an answer. She also helped me save money on my prescriptions by offering information on another way to fill prescriptions.
