I was promptly after my arrival. Each member of the staff was courteous and professional. The clinician, Ms. Patel, took the time to explain my condition and the symptoms I experienced, as well as life-style and medication changes I needed to make to avoid recurrences.

Entire staff and all services were organized, efficient, prepared, kind, and helpful. Dr. Nehal Patel took care of me and she was excellent. Calm, prepared, pleasant, knowledgeable. Incredibly helpful in diagnosing my issue and explaining treatment options. She spoke clearly and directly, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I’m grateful for her expertise and empathy.

Best hospital in Jacksonville, Florida along side of Mayo Clinic. The check-in was easy and done efficiently. A short wait until nurses came to get me. After settling me in room they immediately attended to my needs. I was very relaxed during my stay and would gladly recommend Baptist to anyone requiring their services.
