Everything was great, especially those I talked to and helped care for me. The only issue was that the doctor who helped me out prescribed 2 medications, and the main one recommended was actually not appropriate for me to take when I called my OBGYN to discuss medications and pregnancy interactions.

I had an appt and was in and out quickly . Whenever I go to the Renown Urgent Care in Los Altos Sparks., I always have to wait a long time with or without an appt. So I was very impressed and doctor and his assistant were very nice and helpful , professional.

I had initially been referred to the Fallon offices because my primary provider at the Vista offices in Sparks was not available and it was closer to me since I was coming 160 miles from Winnemucca. I had made an appointment with Fallon. 5 miles from the Fallon offices, they called and cancelled my appointment and said Id have to come back at another time to set up a primary care provider appointment. I had already been on the road for two hours, was in pain, so I called and made an appointment to go to the Vista Urgent Care. I got in at 1:30 pm that day. The waiting time was reasonable, the staff was excellent, my problem was diagnosed and problem solved. It was an excellent experience and I was back in Winnemucca by nightfall. Thank you so much to the Vista Urgent Care in Sparks!

I was taken care of, unlike the Urgent Care in Dayton. I appreciate this Urgent Care being close to work. The people that took care of me, from the front desk to the provider were attentive and kind.

The most beautiful PARs I had ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes on, followed by the most beautiful MA, Melissa, was ever so kind and wonderful. The most handsome and kind provider who made the experience just so blissful. Everyone who was involved my healthcare from beginning to end deserves raises and bonuses and awards.

I was there for a workers compensation injury. Thus was first ever experience with a work injury and I felt like I was tested as though I was a criminal by the tech.

I love how the front desk acknowledged me right away. They were kind, compassionate smiled and had a little bit of laughter which it made me feel. Did they love their job. The reception area was clean and immaculate. The two girls are there that day again were kind not to me, but to one another, and there was no drama I could tell they really liked their jobs. Well done.

Hi, I was seen by McKenzie and McKenzie took the time to listen and seemed to really care and was experienced and very educated and was able to provide the best course of action to get me better in the shortest period of time without unnecessarily giving me antibiotics unnecessarily. I like the idea that I could wait in my car and have them call me when the provider was ready. There was a lot of coughing of others sitting in the waiting area so I was glad I could wait in my car. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the insurance situation and helped us with that upon check in. The service was quick and they were very helpful about which pharmacy to go to. All around wonderful experience. My daughter has a new place to trust when she gets sick.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was in and out in about 35 minutes. I was treated great and they listened to me. I highly recommend Renown Urgent Care!

The provider Dalton was great! My child had been freaking out for the MA and when Dalton came into the room after I had calmed her down, he did so great with keeping a calm and gentle approach to examining her so she would not get upset again. He explained everything to me clearly and asked questions that confirmed he had looked at her medical history before entering the room. I am very thankful for the care he provided!
