I checked in approximately 10 minutes prior to closing time, received excellent care, and the medical staff stayed over late and provided great care.

I'm very chatty. The doc was excellent. I probably distracted her so she didn't give info on what to do if pills don't work. But they are & I'm really grateful!

I went to have my ears cleaned out because I couldn't hear anything. I couldn't make an appointment because my hearing was completely blocked. They were very helpful and considerate and saw me with almost no wait.

I appreciated how clean everything looked, in both the waiting areas and the exam room. I did not use the restroom on this visit. Each of the 3 staff people I saw (check in, nurse, medical provider) were all very pleasant and welcoming. Of course, I did not feel well and they all made me feel comfortable and safe. I appreciated that the medical provider listened and checked over all my meds on the my chart before deciding what to prescribe for me. She did not make me feel bad that I require smaller pills or liquids to swallow. A week later, I am feeling much better because I was able to consistently take the meds she prescribed. Thank you.

AJ PA was so attentive to my husband’s concerns and medical conditions. He even called to check on him the next day and informed him of his lab results. He is wonderful and Renown is lucky to have him on their staff.

Everyone was great and took me seriously. I felt so relieved I went in and I didn't think to ask "what if I'm not better after the 5 days of prednisone?" It didn't occur to me I might not be. I was seen in a timely manner. The only thing I would suggest is when I walked in the room, my driver's license was way opened on the monitor. So I didn't know if that should be open when I walked into the exam room.

It was great but when I needed help after for paperwork it was a nightmare to get to talk to them. Dr Rachael was excellent but I needed more help and could not get it.

I was very pleased and relieved when I went into that facility because the other place where I was hearing things done for myself, they did not give me any high blood pressure medicine because they wanted me to go to an appointment first. And I was already out for four days. And I was feeling it, I was getting scared when I went over there to the renowned infirmary. They were very kind. They helped me every, any, way to get me all established in there. There was a good doctor in there, and I felt very comfortable with him. I want to sign up. I'm going to stop going to where I'm going. You probably know where the other place is, but I won't say no names. I want to go to Renown right away. I have the number to sign up for the primary care. That's it. Thank you.

They are always so helpful and friendly when ailments acutely fall upon our family. I truly appreciate the care this particular staff shows us in our time of need.
