I wanted 3 hours to be seen. Then the doctor was concerned and was mentioning sending me to the er. If I needed to go to the er i should not of waited 3 hours to be seen.

This visit was seamless and went so well and I appreciate that especially when you're not feeling well.

The only issue I saw is that if you don’t have appointment the receptionist informed you have to wait 1 hr and if you feel very sick is really hard, I felt like cry

I was very sick and feeling progressively worse, so my cognitive skills were not the best. At times I asked the provider to repeat herself, not because she wasn't being clear, but because I wasn't "picking everything up". I am normally a lot more lucid. Her prescription (antibiotics) was very helpful in making me feel more human. She was very clear and informative. The problem was on my end.

Very kind from receptionist quickly altering staff to come get me in back to be seen immediately and all the staff very caring. Provider kind and caring as well and got me to ER for further treatment. Very grateful.

This was a great visit. The doctor agreed with me about having a sinus and a upper respiratory infection. She also tested me for flu and covid, etc. just in case. I really like how she treated me.

Dr. Lindsey Hall is absolutely amazing! She listens to understand and connect so I can tell that she genuinely cares and does what she can to help and get me the care I deserve and need. She is so kind and patient and she explains everything so well. She has been more helpful than any other provider I have ever had. I went all the way to Fernley in hopes to see her again because she actually makes me feel cared for and important. She’s amazing. Absolutely love her and all the work she does

I had an appointment for 1:30 and wasn’t called back for a whole hour and 10 minutes which is really frustrating because what is the point of scheduling an appointment if that is what’s going to happen.

I waited much longer than I should have because I had them take another patient ahead of me when I was called in; I did this because she had a bloody nose that wouldn’t stop bleeding. Then I somehow got dropped from the waitlist, and had to wait another hour to be seen. A clerical error perhaps.Otherwise it was fine.

I threw up the evening after visiting urgent care and also had to call my Nurse line at 1:30 because my throat was in intense pain and very swollen.
I also broke out in a rash tonight.
Something is wrong with me.
I feel I should be on antibiotics just in case.

I was very pleased with the whole program: online paperwork, online payment, online “appointment.” I simply had to check in, wait (an hour was expected), and then receive treatment.

Totally different from care at the Renown in south meadows

I was so pleased with my treatment at Renown ER. My husband drove me and we arrived just as the doors opened Sunday morning. I was treated very well by the nurses and doctor. I had my medication ready to pickup and start my treatment. I am recovering and feeling better each day.
