The facility was very clean. The administrator doing intake was kind, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Wait time was minutes. The PA was a great listener, very knowledgeable and gave good information on my issue.

Saw Dr. Hill Wednesday night for a hand issue. He ordered a blood draw test. I went to Renown’s Lab in the same building complex Thursday morning for the test. By Thursday late afternoon, Hill called me to talk through the results. The test didn’t completely support his original diagnosis so he recommended I go to my primary doctor to seek out other specialists. I appreciated his advice, his candor but most of all the prompt response. I felt heard and given direction. The attending nurse was also very nice and attentive as well.

It was a very bad day for me until I got to Renown urgent care. They were extremely helpful, patient and kind to me. I had to return the same day with a bad reaction to my antibiotics and they got me in immediately and made sure I was ok then they wrote me a new prescription. I was very happy with my experience at this location.

I have only been to an urgent care a few times but this one is the best. I saw nurse practitioner David and he was very thorough, respectful, caring, I have not had a lot of providers that are like him. He is one of the best

Pretty quick exam not very complete. I am taking several meds for heart disease and doctor didn’t mention anything about the medication he was prescribing in relation to the other medication. No mention of drug interactions with his prescriptions or any over the counter medicine

I went in completely gross and feeling like I was going to die after vomiting all night. Thank god for renown urgent care and its staff. They got me in and treated so quickly. I really did not want to go to urgent care because I thought I would be stuck in a waiting room for hours but it was honestly such a pleasant experience. I’m very thankful that my husband made me go!

I've been in there a few times, never packed, very clean, very new, polite and respectable receptionists, all the Dr.s and nurses,and NPA s, were so sweet and caring. Explained everything in laymen's terms. I will definitely refer them. ?❤️

Everybody there was very friendly very helpful I feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed my care provider he was thorough and he was quick and he listened to me and did everything I asked and then some I wish he could be my primary care provider but they're referring me to one so I'm happy with everything that they did for me and yes I'll be referring them to other people in the future.

Both ladies at the front desk were exceptional. The Doctor that sewed me up was quick and quiet. I appreciate that he knew what he was doing and didn’t hesitate to get me stitched up and back home in a timely way.

Her knowledge and skill plus her complete focus on dealing with my needs was very welcome following the events that led me to Urgent Care. -- Too many people today look for ways to avoid doing even the bare minimum so her extra efforts are very much appreciated.
