Great people, no messigarouns, hey get right to the oroblem. If you need a referral, they recommed or. Tell you when you should be seen by thareferral. It’s up to you to get on the phone and set up your appointment, great emergency room and the people in it.

My ear has been .
Not hearing for months. I tried DEBROX several times and got distracted. Sierra is knowledgeable. Efficient and kind. She was concerned that my hand was too cold to use (the little finger clamp device); brought in a heat pack! She is persistent..she kept at the water pumping until 5 pound rocks evacuated! I can hear again..so grateful to you all. I am sorry I forgot the Doc name

I was a walk-in on a Tuesday night at the Ryland urgent care. I was seen within 30 minutes notwithstanding the number of patients waiting to be seen. The nurse practitioner, Jenny was so thoughtful, thorough and smart that I knew I was in good hands. She determined that I needed a CT very soon. The MA called me the next morning and I had the CT that day. By 6 pm that evening, Jenny called my cell phone and explained the CT results and answered all of my questions. A+ service from start to finish. The staff does not even register that the Ryland facility is pretty run down. Renown should upgrade this facility for these hard working, dedicated employees.

I wanna thank Dr. Dalton for calling to check on me. It really touched my heart and I appreciated it. I did go to the emergency room at the hospital, and wind up spending the night because I did have a small stroke.

I wasn’t expecting this amazing experience with urgent care, especially when you’re feeling pain (I had kidney stones)! The front desk, staff did sign me in quickly and got me seeing by a nurse and only a few minutes. The nurse and the doctor were amazing very knowledgeable and got me out of my pain very quickly. Also did a CAT scan. I was out there in a little over one hour. But have to give an extra thanks to the nurse practitioner that was very resourceful. She also follow up next day to see how was my pain management going. Very impressed with Los Altos urgent care Staff and facility.

Fantastic Urgent Care! The workers are so kind, prompt, very caring and genuine. I appreciate the restraint practiced as well. I don’t like when unnecessary X-rays etc is ordered. I prefer a more conservative approach to health care and that was achieved.
