I got into the office very quickly. I was very upset. She was very helpful. She calmed me down. She fixed my elbow. I had fallen and hurt myself. And she was very caring, very careful. My husband had treated the wound, but she went over and retreated it. And I would give her a 10. And I just appreciate her so much. Thank you so much.

Your staff was very professional from the gal at the check-in all the way through and I was having trouble getting breath and they got me right in there and set me up with the right tools to fight the crud that I have, still have as a matter of fact and did a good job explaining and they did a culture on it. So, no, I would say that your whole staff there was very excellent and I definitely have told everybody that I know over here that over in the Sierra Valley and Portola area that I would definitely go to you guys after I've had some very bad treatment from Eastern Plumis Healthcare in Portola. Then it's just a world of difference and a breath of fresh air.

Yes, I pressed the wrong button, first of all. The receptionist was very helpful. I didn't mean to press one. I meant to press four. I was treated rapidly, seen rapidly, and was treated with care, and I really got a lot out of the visit in a positive way.

By FAR the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility, particularly the physician. Extremely kind, patient, personable, clear, and compassionate. Obviously I hope to avoid a return visit, but if I find myself in that position, at least I’ll know I’m in great hands.

So nice to have a Renown Urgent Care in the Northwest so close to my home. I was very nervous going in not knowing how my condition would be treated. The staff was kind and the care provider very thoughtful and helpful. The best part was knowing that a summary of my visit would be available on the MyChart portal for review.

I smashed my finger in the car door which I guess everyone has to do once in their lifetime. I went to urgent care at Damonte Ranch and saw Rebecca Desfor. She was very thorough and insisted on an X-ray because of the risk of infection from the open wound to the fracture. She was 100% correct, I had a fracture. When I followed up with my pcp, Dr. Passalacqua, he was happy that she was so thorough with my care. Thank you!

Yes, the receptionist was very professional and my doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Travers, I'm not sure, but she was very thorough and she recommended I go to the ER to rule out a condition called Rhabdo, which I did and they did blood work and urinalysis and turned out to be a UTI. but they put me on CIPRO and it's getting much better. But thank you for her professionalism, the doctor, and it could have been a very serious situation, so she did wonderful. Thank you very much. Bye-bye now.
