This was the best experience I’ve had at this clinic in a long time. The gal who greeted was very friendly, the girl who took us back was funny and friendly and the dr was efficient. Please hang on to these employees!

Very professional care. My first visit as we are relatively new to the area and after this experience I won’t be hesitate in returning four urgent care should the need arise in the future.

The attending PA listened to me and saw I was in a very bad way. "Red flags" she saw led me to the ER for proper care. She knew her limits and was very wise to help me as she did. I went to ER got a refusal and some temporary relief...now I wait with no help. Not enough doctors in Reno and to many do not see it important to work on Fridays...so we have to wait for months.

Yes, your service was good and everything else, but the questionnaire is just too long and too detailed. I don't normally fill them out, but I thought I would this time because you called me. It's just too much. But thank you for everything.

We live in Washoe Valley and we have used this urgent always. Very nice staff and we very seldom have to wait more then 10 min.

By far the best urgent care experience I've ever had for myself and my babies. I have 2 pretty rambunctious toddlers and usually when at a doc office my anxiety is through the roof. The whole team was very understanding and accepting while addressing our needs and comfort, but accommodating while being professional.

I followed up on my orthopedic referral, got in already, am pleased with the ease of check-in, the doctor and how my prognosis looks. Am excited to get my mobility and my life back.

Explained throughly what was happening and what to expect. Was kind thoughtful and listened to me. A lot of times when go in we are frightened at what's going on. He was very kind and respectful.

This Doctor, Dr. Benton, or some name close, is incredible. I've had her on previous visits.
Those people that work at 202 Los Altos parkway in the office are rude, shor tempered, and help with nothing. I will be going back to Urgent Care on Vista that I went to a couple days ago.

My urgent care experience was as good as it could have been. I originally scheduled at an urgent care closer to my house, but got a phone call that that location didn’t have x-ray and the receptionist changed my appointment location for me so I didn’t have to go multiple places. I was seen in a timely manner and had imaging done at this location. My concern was treated appropriately and the provider listened to me and was very kind. It was very streamlined which was important when I felt absolutely terrible and didn’t have the energy for multiple locations or visits.

Dr. James was excellent. the entire staff was top notch. I would drive from Fernley again just to get my care. Wonderful office in at a difficult moment. Fabulous.

The folks were very professional, courteous, and patient, but the wait time was very unnerving, I wished they'd gave me a time in which I would be seen (2 hours) waiting could have been spent away from others who might not have been as infected by whatever I had.
