Pleasant and efficient scheduler (on the phone). Receptionist at Summit Ridge was very friendly. Nurse Practitioner Francis diagnosed my issue and immediately ordered a topical antibiotic to treat the problem. Five stars!

When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room and I had to wait about 15 minutes to see the provider. I found the provider to be extremely professional and competent and listened carefully to my situation and asked appropriate questions and explained the diagnosis and the treatment to my satisfaction. I would definitely like to see that provider again if I came to that urgent care clinic.

I was called to the back incredibly quick. This was most impressive. Likely the best I've ever experienced. The nurse was professional. The doctor did a good job and covered everything I needed.
