PA Sarah Zalanik actually treated and diagnosed my symptoms correctly. She took the time to run labs and actually figured out what was wrong. I’m a long time Kaiser patient and this is the second time I’ve ever been seen out of Kaiser and she was by far one of the best. Thank you PA Zalanik really appreciate your help

I went in with pain in my heart. I was even fast and was handled with much promptness and care. I was so scared and the staff was very caring. I appreciated it during a hard time. They called an ambulance for me and I felt cared even though I was out of it feeling sick. I am very grateful and hope to let that Dr know I am doing much better and after the ER it was my low potassium. I know resources are low at our Renown but they handled everything very nicely.

The only feedback I have with regards to going to the Carson City Urgent Care Renown was that I expected of a less weight due to the fact that I was bleeding and have a cut on my hand. But obviously, I had to wait until everybody else was called before my time.

The provider listened to my symptoms, asked clarifying questions and explained what she thought my issue was. I believe her diagnosis was correct as my hand is already showing signs of improvement. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I just think it would be nice if we had other options when we go into urgent care. I was hoping to get maybe some type of a cortisone shot or something to the knee. The med that she had to work with had done the trick and got me out of most of my pain. But I just think it would be nice if they had some other options in their hands more than physicians. They're, you know, doctors. They should be able to do what they need to do.

Yeah, I had a hand wound that cut my hand open and they had me back in a room in minutes and were very comforting and did a great job. Everybody there, the doctor, the nurses, I was in and out and yeah, they did a great job. Thanks. How do I hang up?

The Ryland location is my first choice because the staff there always treat me with kindness while providing excellent care. It is always scary when you have to go to Urgent Care for an emergency and to feel ….to know…. my family and I are in the best hands possible is a huge relief. In addition they guide me through what will be treatment options both physically and financially.

I find that reception, the first impression, is lacking. It wasn't busy when I arrived however I was mostly ignored by all three at the desk for about 2 minutes.
When I was addressed the receptionist was very nice.
