While he did not come up with a dianosis for my muscle spasms he did sent me to the lab this was on Wednesday August 6. The results were in that afternoon and I still have not heard from him or Nicole Killian my Primary care physician and my labs were right

I have extremely severe pain in my leg. Is
Unbelievable that I couldn't get it relieved if it's puffed up, maybe it needs to be drained. No pain medicines I can't sleep and I work on my feet.
And I don't know if he needs a hearing aid, but he kept repeating himself.
I kept asking him what Orthopedic was gonna do for my leg and every time I would ask him he kept saying no they won't help with your diarrhea. No, they don't take care of your diarrhea.
It was so annoying. I would have his hearing checked.
I came in there because I can't sleep. I can't walk and I have to work like this and there was absolutely nothing he could do. Unbelievable extremely poor excuse for urgent care.

The ladies at check in were not the most helpful and had a difficult time looking up or processing my health insurance information and the check out process was just a little bit unclear but other than tht the doctors and assistant were great and made me feel very comfortable.

I have had to go to this urgent care twice in the last couple of months. The care here is superb, and I actually believe that they do a far better job than my GP office. The PA's here were more thorough and more attentive than my doctor at Ralston Family Physicians.

My provider did not feel it was appropriate for me to be at urgent care. She did not help alleviate my anxiety. She seemed frustrated with me and all my complaints. She had a hard time understanding me and my symptoms and that was my fault because it was old and new symptoms.

From admission to discharge my care was fantastic. Everyone was kind and empathetic and professionally fun. I felt very comfortable and happy with the treatment I received. I felt like I could trust them with my care. A huge thank you to each and everyone of them ❤️

The clinic looks beautiful after its renovations! I felt a little exposed at the stand up check in. I gave my last name and date of birth to the person at check in while a scruffy man was checking in not 2' from me, though sitting down. No barriers were between us. He started tapping info into his phone. He looked at me when I glanced down at him. All of the warnings that I've heard as a vulnerable senior went off in my head. It might be better to hand the person at check-in my drivers license next time.nice been involved in clinic design before and it can be difficult to get everything right. The staff was amazing! All else was perfection!

My provider, I think it was Mack, was amazing. He is the best urgent care provider I have taken my children to. He was kind and respectful. I cannot say enough great things about him.

The Dr (I think her position is P.A. C?) Kaitlin Jacobson, was absolutely swamped. She was the only one available to see patients that day and even being busy, she was kind and helpful with me. She made the visit worth the wait.

I scheduled an appointment online and checked in online. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time. Then I get a text saying you could no longer wait and that I will have to walk in. I know you received my check-in because I updated my insurance and the receptionist saw that on the system when I checked in again.
After that, whoever saw me had no idea what my affliction was. Ordered antibiotics for me. Turns out it was a spider bite. From a common wolf spider. She clearly cared and was very nice, but simply didn't know what a spider bite looked like. I would assume an urgent care would be adept at spotting these, but I guess not.

I had an urgent care appointment for myself and my daughter for a cold. The prescriptions were called into the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not receive the prescriptions. And so I had to call Los Altos in the evening. That was the only lab that was open and begged them to resend the prescription for my daughter. They kindly did that. But for myself, I had to call the next day four or five times for this office to resend the prescription to the pharmacy. So it was quite an ordeal.

I needed stitches on the inside and outside of my lip from a bad fall. The nurses, technicians, and doctors, were friendly and professional. They put my care first and quickly repaired the affected area with minimal pain inflicted on a sensitive area.

The wait time was too long! I had an appointment and waited an hour to see the provider. The floors in the waiting room were filthy! All of the clerks at the desks should be trained to help everyone, not just labs or Dr. Appointments.

The provider didn’t pay enough attention to what I was saying and I had to go to a different pharmacy to get my prescription from where I asked it to be made.

The Dr. who stitched me up took care to make sure I was numb before starting the stitching. My last experience with stitches in 2017 at Renown the Dr. didn’t care.
