The physician's assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened with care and compassion and helped to fill me with relief. The prescription he recommended gave me immediate relief for my eyes. The receptionist and intake persons were exceptionally thoughtful and empathetic. I have been there twice. Both times have been a pleasant visit. Everyone is very nice. The doctors explain everything and you can understand what they are saying. Both times they had to send me to ER and explained why they could not treat me.

Yeah, when I went in, I believe it was on Monday, I had a very good experience. Everyone was super nice. The doctor was super, you can tell he knew a lot about what he was talking about, which makes me feel better. And he was very confident, straightforward, to the point, and it was very quick. I think I was in and out in like 20 minutes. So I already recommended this place to my family and my mom in case anything ever happened. So thanks so much.

My provider was Jennifer. She was compassionate and prescribed me 2 meds which have worked great. She knew exactly what to do to help make me feel better. I’ve been to the Fernley Renown Urgent Care over the past few years. I have great confidence in every provider that has ever helped me there. What an asset to have Renown in our small town.

Dana Julian A.R.P.N. was a blessing! She was so thorough and probably saved me from having a severe stomach reaction from the antibiotics I had just been prescribed by my ENT doctor. Really took time to explain my condition and her recommendations and prescription provided have given me immediate relief. I'd trust my health care to her any day!

Unfortunately, I get to visit a lot. But, I must say, I feel very well taken care. I feel like everyone in this facility makes you feel like they care. Always friendly and kind and patient with me.
