It was a very long wait. Once in the room, the Provider took his time and listened to all my concerns. I felt so comfortable speaking to him and he made my experience one of the best I've had with at a Renown facility!

Easy to book an appt, staff were very friendly and professional . The NP took the time to listen and address my concerns , and was kind enough to call and inform me of the test results . I was very impressed with the ambiance of the clinic and the services it provided . Good job guys .

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors PA’s medical assistance nurses were fantastic. It was perfectly located. Five minutes from my home. Facility was very clean very short wait time and the doctors were amazing. They took good care of me. They took such good care. I came back today. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a medical emergency.

Sparks vista urgent care has been excellent to me for years ,whether its labs ,or imaging Xrays,mri,. The UC Doctors are the best !!
We always get see fast ,in and out . My family is so thankful for Vista UC ...it couldn't get any better .

I appreciated the care that both the doctor and the nurse gave me, and the fact that they didn't rush through my appointment because I was their last patient, or close to last, anyway. I was treated with courtesy, respect, and kindness-the best thing a medical staff can offer their patients.

The dr and medical assistant and the front desk were some of the best people I have spoke too what feels like in a while at renown thank you for taking the time to actually hear me out and what’s wrong with me and didn’t just brush of my concerns. The actual Dr, that checked out,(don't remember her name) made me feel like she actually cared,I almost fell in love with her because of it. Most Dr's, and all people don't give a clap about me, but your beautiful little lady dr. Is not like any other I've ever met. She went way above and beyond. She deserves a huge raise! I wish I could keep her, I would treat her like the Queen she truly is. Tell her thank you for the best dr. Visit I ever could imagine! Ya, I think I love that little lady. 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt! The best!

I know the facility is busy but sure wish it would not take so long to see someone for service. I had to wait for 2hrs. It is still my favorite place for medical problems.

The physician I had really listened to what I needed. I wasn't able, I had issues from 2025 in October and the next day I was back in Renown for the same issues I've had in October and she made it happen where I got the full workup, got the transferred from their care to the Renown ER and now they pinpoint what was really going on with my body. So I'm thankful for the physician at Vista Renown for taking care of me.

Woman who checked me in was wonderful. Was kind and provided me with water and a sample container right away. Nurse and doctor got me in and out very fast which was so important as I was very uncomfortable.
