I consistently had perfect nurses, aides and other staff even including the guy who wheeled me to the room. Some names of the wonderful care individuals were Spencer, Jody, Trace and for sure my aides who I do not remember their names. Even the discharge guy was very pleasant, I had no unpleasant employees. I did not especially enjoy Dr Chaucer? Chancer? But the other ED staff made up for it!

Everybody that is part of this team was so kind and helpful! I waited for a bit, but they had apologized and informed me there was an emergency in one of the rooms causing a delay. I appreciated the communication and care from the whole crew.

My physician's assistant was awesome. She was super nice. It took a little bit of time for her to come in, but she was super nice, super awesome, explained it really well. We were joking all around a little bit, but still very professional. Yeah, it was good. I got my antibiotics and I'm on them and it's going great. Thank you. Bye.

Yes, my caregiver, I believe it was a nurse practitioner Kathy T. Kathy did a, well, Kathryn is her official name, but Kathy or Catherine did a great job listening to my wife and myself, and she was definitely multitasking while making decisions involving my care and seemed to have genuine vested interest in my well-being and continued care. So I would just like to say that and thank you to nurse practitioner Kathy or Catherine T. Thank you Vista for this opportunity to do the survey. Don't know what key to press.

On time with my appointment, even early, nurse was very pleasent and happy to help me, had an opened wound and she cleaned it up and stopped the bleeding that had gone on for 3 days.

I came in for my child’s pink eye and cough. The Doctor didn’t bother to listen to his chest or look in his ears. She barely looked at his eyes. He is younger than 2 years old I’d think that would be part of the routine for a cold at least.

Great experience, great medical provider and staff. Very nice visit, and the provider followed up with me when reached out to her about the side effect of the medication she prescribed. This is the best Renown Urgent Care in the area. We've going there for 15 years, even after we moved from Reno to Carson City 9 years ago. Thank you!

I just want to do a shout out for Greg. I don't remember his last name, but he's either a PA or a nurse practitioner. He was so patient with me. I crushed my toe and it wasn't healing. And he just went over all the different scenarios with me and gave me some advice that I thought, oh, that won't work. And it did work. So I am so glad I went and met this young man. And I'm really hoping I get to meet him again the next time I have to go there. So give him a big raise. He's fabulous. Thank you very much.

I did not have to wait very long to be taken to a room. Dr. Karl Friedrich saw me right away and prescribed all the medications I needed.

I just wanted to say Dr. Hill and his assistant were so kind and knowledgeable and the treatment was unbelievable. I would recommend them to everybody and I am going to be seeing one of your physicians the end of this, I think in September for a primary care because of the treatment I got on June 29th. I thank you so much. You helped me, you helped me immensely. And I love your facility and I will be back. Hopefully not because of urgent care, but when I come to see your primary care person. Thank you and for giving me this opportunity to give you some input. Bye for now.

Made an appointment at Los Altos usually go to Vista. The par told me didn’t make a difference that I had an appointment and that there were 6 patients ahead of me. That makes no sense. Left and went to Vista and had no problem.
