Great care at lab, the draw was not painful. MA friendly and I am glad to make his acquaintance. I had thought that the wound check was free but all.urgent care has a copayment.

Sarah Gentile was fabulous! She gave EXCELLENT care ( very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate) and followed up the next day by phone as she said she would. MY ONLY CRITIQUE: patient is a disabled adult woman and a vaginal exam was needed. There was no exam table low enough for a disabled person to access in any of the exam rooms! Exam had to be done in one of the chairs which was difficult and humiliating. RENOWN should have at least 1 exam table at each location low enough to accomodate those with disabilities.

The CT technician was perfection! Such a delight to work with and her concise explanation was exceptional. The front desk staff were warm and friendly keeping me company for just a quick min before I was called back. Absolutely loved this group today!
