I had initially been referred to the Fallon offices because my primary provider at the Vista offices in Sparks was not available and it was closer to me since I was coming 160 miles from Winnemucca. I had made an appointment with Fallon. 5 miles from the Fallon offices, they called and cancelled my appointment and said Id have to come back at another time to set up a primary care provider appointment. I had already been on the road for two hours, was in pain, so I called and made an appointment to go to the Vista Urgent Care. I got in at 1:30 pm that day. The waiting time was reasonable, the staff was excellent, my problem was diagnosed and problem solved. It was an excellent experience and I was back in Winnemucca by nightfall. Thank you so much to the Vista Urgent Care in Sparks!

Dr. Shane Sobrio is an EXCELLENT physician. He is professional, asks the right questions, and is courteous and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better physician. I wish we could have him for our regular doctor, but he's not available as he works for you!

Doctor was wonderful went above and beyond to research my particulars before I arrived as well as did some research with / for me while I was there.

Great people, no messigarouns, hey get right to the oroblem. If you need a referral, they recommed or. Tell you when you should be seen by thareferral. It’s up to you to get on the phone and set up your appointment, great emergency room and the people in it.

Well, I went in without an appointment for a potential UTI. The young lady on the front desk was absolutely delightful and calm, and we had a lot of laughs together while we got all the information out. And then I was seen by a gentleman, I think it was probably a nurse practitioner named Mac. Sorry, I don't know his last name. He was just amazing. He gave me so much time and so much information, I couldn't have been happier. He's probably one of the best PAs or NPs that I've gone to in my 20-something years up here, and he gave me some extra kind of a little test just so we could rule things out. I really felt cared for, and I felt like we were talking together on the same plane. He never talked down to me. I would give that man a raise and have him take over all your facilities. He was amazing. I have nothing to say bad.

The PA I saw had actually read my history before he came in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did 2 tests I’d never had offered to me before. Thank goodness he suggested those tests as one came back positive. I’m sure hoping the treatment helps me not to continue to have UTI’s like I have had. Thank you to Nurse Practitioner Mackenzie Trotter! I wish you would not rotate the PA seen at the Urgent Care on Vista. We get better care when we can see the same person.
