Renown made obtaining a sports physical clearance easy and inexpensive for an uninsured family. The urgent care staff was also very organized and completed the appointment within an appropriate timeframe. Our overall experience was positive.

Very organized as check in lines were clear and was able to confirm I checked in correctly. Did not wait long either as I was able make an appointment on line and was able to check in too. Dr. was great and I felt he listened, he sent my prescription quickly that when I got to pharmacy it had already been received and just waited like 10 min. I was not feeling well at all and was so happy that everything went well and quickly from seeing dr to getting my meds, to resting. Thank you

Dr. Josef Heller was wonderful with my son. Afterwards my son remarked, “I wish all doctors were like him”. And I think that alone speaks volumes.

I went in about 8 am and there were not many people there so I got in to see the provider quite quickly. The PA that seen me was courteous and listened to what I had to say. My experience was overall quite satisfying.

I think the urgent care on Los Altos is actually a little bit closer to me, but I always make a point of going to the urgent care on Vista because the experience is so much better. The people are so kind and responsive there compared to the other one. I hate putting a lip on the other one, but I just don't like it there as much. And also, before I let you go, I wanted to tell you that I really liked the doctor that I got to see. I don't remember his name, but he was an actual MD. He was so kind and I feel like he prescribed me the right medicine and I felt better within a day or two. I just appreciate you guys being there. Thank you.

It was a very easy process making an appointment online the morning of the appointment and Dr. Soltz that saw Tashina Wakefield, my daughter, did a very, very good job. I felt like we were in the best of care. All of your staff was very professional and compassionate and we will always recommend this urgent care. Thank you.

I had a 1:15 appointment and I did not get pulled back into the room until 3:15. While I understand that there may be other, you know, emergent cases, I didn't really understand what the problem was because the waiting room was barely been full. Thanks.

I have been going to to renown since 2002 and I was very happy with the care I always received. But I just received a letter saying I won't be able to go to renown next year because my insurance that I have will not longer be accepted. It's the one from my retirement from California. It makes me sad ?

I love coming to Renown for all my health care needs. Unfortunately my Group Medicare advantage plan UHC PPO, will not be accepted in 2027. Terrible

Very prompt service. Came in 45 min earlier than my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. Nurse had me provide a urine sample. Dr came in within 5 minutes and the results were already available! Outstanding Dr also.

From the receptionist that checked me in to the staff member that brought me back and the PA that saw me everyone was amazing and it was super fast. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but I’m very thankful that everyone there was so kind and helpful.

I came in for urgent Care and stood in my line. Just seemed weird to call up the three people in the lab line first. I was pretty fatigued and dizzy from my 103 temp for the last 5 days and it was a little tough standing and waiting to check in.
Once I checked in, I was called almost immediately. Dr Chen was great too.
