I’m in the medical field, so bed side manner, and listening to the patient and family are extremely important. The care provider was kind, knowledgeable, listened to my daughter’s concerns, as well as mine. I really appreciate the care given!!

There’s another Renown Urgent Care that’s a little closer to my house, but I prefer this location, by far. Sometimes the wait time is lengthy, but the staff is always so friendly and the waiting area is comfortable.

Dr Bogart made excellent recommendation of a toradol shot that were super helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly.

I went to urgent care for a UTI. The doctor prescribed me Macrobid, after only three doses, my hands started tingling. I called urgent care Sunday morning at 9 o’clock and had been put on hold for over an hour. When I finally did get to speak to someone, I explained that I was having an allergic reaction to this medication and could they prescribe me a different antibiotic to which I was told no only the doctor I saw I could do that and he was unavailable for the next few days. ?

Hi, I couldn't get an appointment for VISTA, but it had me print out a paper saying that I was coming. I got there and thought there'd be a two and a half hour wait, but it was only like an hour and 15 minutes. There's no appointment, which is great. Everybody was really nice, and I am very pleased with the facility. Thank you.

I would like to tell my physician that my ear felt ten times better three days later.No discharge and my hearing has returned. I'm continuing my prescriptions, thank you all involved very much.

The APN I saw (Tara) was great. I emailed her via My Chart 2 days after visit w/question re: medication side effects. She got back to me within 24 hrs.
Also, I had made an appt for 11:15 am (earliest I could get there) but walked in about 9:30 am hoping I could get in as I had to take my husband to appt in early afternoon. Receptionist was very understanding & I was in & out w/in 20 mins. Great job!

I had an appointment for 1:30 and wasn’t called back for a whole hour and 10 minutes which is really frustrating because what is the point of scheduling an appointment if that is what’s going to happen.

I was so pleased with my treatment at Renown ER. My husband drove me and we arrived just as the doors opened Sunday morning. I was treated very well by the nurses and doctor. I had my medication ready to pickup and start my treatment. I am recovering and feeling better each day.
