The staff was very efficient and accommodating. The doctor was very helpful and I felt she knew what she was doing, also very sympathetic to my condition and offered a helpful hint.

It is not difficult to communicate because they give me a translator and it easy me to know what the doctor want to say.

I felt I was very well taken care of for someone who was an out of towner. I would definitely recommend for some one who is not from around here to visit this location.

The CT technician was perfection! Such a delight to work with and her concise explanation was exceptional. The front desk staff were warm and friendly keeping me company for just a quick min before I was called back. Absolutely loved this group today!

I recommended my daughter three days later; they did a great job seeing her, but she sat for over an hour to do her blood test, so she left.

The medical assistant was super attentive and actually interacted with me the way I expected even when I was so sick I probably came across as rude. The dr was equally attentive and caring and personable. Made me feel cared about.

Fantastic experience checking in, she had great customer service. The doctor was straightforward and efficient, including easy to talk to. Overall, awesome experience given I was sick and not at my best.

All staff displayed the most courteous and professional manner from the time that I walked into the lobby. The receptionist and the clinical assistants were fabulous and made me feel exceptionally special the entire time I was there. This was Sunday evening 3/16 at about 4 pm. Everyone went above and beyond any service that I have received in Reno in 20 years. THEY ALL NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED INDIVIDUALLY INCLUDING THE DOCTOR!!!!

There’s another Renown Urgent Care that’s a little closer to my house, but I prefer this location, by far. Sometimes the wait time is lengthy, but the staff is always so friendly and the waiting area is comfortable.
