Hello, yes, I visited on Friday, the 10th of April, with my daughter who sprained her ankle. Because there are several renown facilities within one shopping complex, it was a little confusing even when I called and spoke with individuals where I should go first. So when I called the urgent care to see if they did x-rays, they said yes. And then when I went to the x-ray facility and walked in, she said yes, we do x-rays. She didn't clarify that I needed to have an appointment in advance before I brought my daughter who was on crutches in. So I think if there could be some clarity added by the staff as to where you're going when, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

New Urgent care just around corner from my house. Great parking. Comfortable waiting area. Able to reserve time or just walk in. Helpful staff. This is my 2nd visit there.

Renown is so efficient and environments so relaxing that eases immediate concerns for self. Doctor was excellent and worked with me to make decisions for my best care. Totally appreciate her advice. Saw my primary care physician today and was in agreement with Urgent care doc.

I felt the care provider did a great job of reviewing my chart prior to meeting and knew what I was dealing with that brought me to urgent care and understood my drug allergies. She was able to provide a recommended procedure to hopefully move me to full recovery.

I am responding for experience at S McCarran Urgent Care- they were wonderful- the receptionists that did check in were excellent and the doctors that we saw were excellent as well.

This has been my most pleasurable experience at a renown urgent care. Lady who checked us in was fast and efficient as well at the medical assistant that took our vitals. PA listened to all my concerns answered all my questions. Wait was mining as I booked ahead.
