Hi, I'm really happy with the care we receive. The doctors have been great. The staff is always great. The problem we have is with MyChart. So for my daughter, she's a teenager, so I have her account linked to mine, and apparently with a teen account, you can't really see anything, which is kind of crazy. So if I leave her a doctor's note or whatever, I can never access it. So I complained about that to the front desk, and they said they sent they added her phone number so she could create her own account, but she never got a text with that to be able to set up her own MyChart account. So it's just, and we tried doing it before and it never came through. So it just seems to be a problem using MyChart that we would love help getting fixed. But other than that, all good. Thank you.

Everyone there was so nice and listened to my concerns. The provider was amazing and made us feel like we mattered. He followed up like he said he would. Definitely will be back there if I ever need to.

My first time to Remown urgent care. I was impressed. The Milue was comfortable & organized. The provider was professional listened & suggested care of wound after removing of sutures. I would recommend Renown urgent care. Thank you for your service.

I did not get the doctor's name wished.I had. He is the first one who has given me any help with my sinus condition. I went to my doctor and a specialist and got no relief. This man gave me medication , and my sinus is all cleared up. Thank you for having such a nice doctor on your staff

Hello, the urgent care visit was excellent. The doctor took real good care of me and got my mouthwash ordered for my very severe, painful mouth sores from chemo. I just love urgent care. I don't know what I would do without a renowned urgent care. Thank you very much. My visit was excellent.

I was very satisfied with the experience I had at the Renown urgent urgent care facility at Caughlin Ranch on Sept.28. I was concerned about a possible broken rib and the friendly staff and X-ray technician treated me quickly and professionally.

Everything about the experience was outstanding. Easy to get in, relaxed, clean environment, friendly front staff.
My care provider and the student who participated were both excellent- professional, great listeners, empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly. Very pleased with the visit and would highly recommend this facility.

Mack and Marco were a delight and as I was diagnosed with Covid told me what to do etc and immediately prescribed 3 meds and if I had questions to not hesitate to ask! Then when I did a follow up with Kristen and Marco again, they were very concerned and informative ! Though it’s further from my home I’ll happily return!

This is my new favorite urgent care for my self any my child. I'm all around extremely happy with the care my son got 10/10!! I would highly recommend the PA that my son was seen by, she's extremely thorough and very caring 10/10!!

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have this new facility so handy. The personnel was very, very, well, I can't tell you, I've been there twice in the last week and each time was better than the other one. So I have no complaints and I would recommend this to everybody and I already have recommended it to a number of people who didn't know it was there and are so pleased that they have this available to them. Renown seems to have a facility on every street corner these days so, although I don't like the size of the organization, I did appreciate the access to health care recently in spite of the fact it was quite a distance from where I live in downtown Reno.
