This has been my most pleasurable experience at a renown urgent care. Lady who checked us in was fast and efficient as well at the medical assistant that took our vitals. PA listened to all my concerns answered all my questions. Wait was mining as I booked ahead.

The PA, Francis, was very good. He listened to me and he immediately knew what needed to be done and gave me a prescription and was very, very good. I would go back to him anytime. Thank you so much.

the front desk receptionist needs customer service training. She was cold, distant and disinterested. Maybe just shy? That doesn't work when you are greeting the public. Just a big smile goes a long way.

Mr. Santiago APN was excellent, had a very professional demeanor, caring and concerned manner and explained the status of my health. Referred me to the UC on Summit for a chest xray and I didn’t have to wait in line. I am very confident about returning to the South McCarren Urgent Care location. Thank you!

My experience was very good. I had issues with CVS and had to travel back and forth, but the receptionist was able to solve the problem.

Dr C was absolutely phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, explained things simply without talking down to us and potentially solved an ongoing issue that no one else even bothered to test for the last 15 years. What an amazing provider.

I’m from out of state and they not only saw me in a timely manner but were very attentive and helpful in finding the closest pharmacy.

Very good experience. Tho attending physician listened to my issues and discuss them thoroughly with me. Was very nice , very conversant and took time with me to understand how I was feeling and what I was concerned about he did not rush. I was very happy with the experience.

Totally satisfied with care. Was given the appropriate treatment! Symptoms improved and I was completely “back to feeling myself” and feeling normal within 5 days!

I needed urgent care for my eye irritation and upper respiratory infection; I made an appointment at the new Renown Urgent Care. The facility was very nice and the staff took immediate care of me. the staff were very professional, polite and thorough in my assessment and immediately got a prescription to my pharmacy.. I love the care we get from Renown Health..

I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours after that time. Nobody told me they were short staffed, which was frustrating.

Greg Burnett was right on with diagnosis, practical and cautious treatment protocol and a sense of humor. I’ve gone to other Renown facilities and experienced sub par care. Greg is a consummate professional and caring provider. Highly recommend!

I was in the ER so I’m not gonna recommend anybody to the ER but the doctor I had was the best I ever had more doctors in the ER. Need to know what’s going on with her patients. He read everything.
