Very respectful and quick service. Both the MA and PA had a student with them and both checked to make sure I was comfortable with this. The provider spoke to me like I was a person not a problem, way more unusual than it should be! Very happy with this visit

We had to go to Renown South Meadows emergency room. The urgent care did not have the equipment needed to treat me.. All the nurses and doctors were very professional and were able to diagnose and treat my corneal abrasion .

My experience at Renowned Urgent Care at South McCarran was excellent. I went in there on the 3rd to see Dr. APN Sarah about these during hemorrhoids and she gave me some medications and then she told me though, she said, Gwen, if this pain does not subside, call us back and we will do some other things. So I called back, I think it was the 5th and I made an appointment and I went in and I got to see Dr. Hill and one of the nursing students that's working on her APH or APN. And that Dr. Hill, I tell you, child, I wish I could bring him home. He is so good. He explained everything to me. He ordered me some special hemorrhoid cream from the, I think it's called Sierra Pharmacy Compound Center. And that dog on cream has helped me so much. And then the suppositories at APN Sarah ordered ⁇

So I went to the renowned lab center. It was pretty painless. Signed in, they got to me right away, put me in the system, not even 10 minutes. They called me, then I went back, get my blood drawn. It's so painless. The lady there is so professional. Did not even feel the needle.

The best urgent care visit ever. Made the appointment and was called at that time. The care givers could not have been more helpful. Listened thoroughly, examined me carefully, and were empathetic and kind. My gout flare up responded quickly to the steroids as NP David indicated. I don't have enough adjectives to say how happy I was with this facility and staff.

Fantastic caring professionals at every step of process.
I did walk out myself at discharge (room 114) and got quite lost trying to find my by the emergency room. I ended up on the back side of the hospital and walked all around the building until I found my car. Minor… but I was by myself and a bit tired..

I will say the room i was assigned was awful. When i got there the room was dirty and the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was used towels and opened soap still in the shower. The TV's did not work and the room was not in great order.
The care team was outstanding though.

The two ladies at the desk were incredibly nice and sweet. Dr Kala was incredible. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt listened to and cared for like she did. It helped ease my anxiety a lot.

My appointment was scheduled for 12 at 12:01 I was in a room getting my vitals taken. The doctor came in right after listened to my symptoms and told me antibiotics would be ordered at my pharmacy within the hour. No waiting it was amazing!

The front office receptionist was indifferent and failed even the slightest eye contact, definitely one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. However, Christina the MA and Rebecca, the dr. were both great. Christina introduced herself, a simple thing but one I’ve found to be increasingly rare. She listened carefully and repeated my concerns to clarify. Rebecca, the doctor, was fantastic! She quickly understood my concern about thinking it was Covid and that if it were, that I had missed the window to take [RX] and as a senior with co-morbidities, I was super anxious. She gave me direct information about why she didn’t think I had Covid, but even if so, why I presented as not being in significant danger, and that far fewer people were being hospitalized or dying from Covid these days. She was intuitive, highly responsive in a way that was exactly what I needed, and was professional and so relatable and kind. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever met.

PA was clear about possible dx & ordered strep swab, explaining clearly why he was not ordering any other testing. He also explained what to do to treat the symptoms if strep swab was negative. His assistant was excellent, not causing me to gag when obtaining the swab sample. Both explained the timing to get a result. When I called back after negative result to ask what dosage I should take for ibuprofen, the assistant checked with the PA & called me back relatively promptly.
