The PA that we had was Sunny Sawyer. She was the best doctor I think we've ever had. And I only wish, I know she does pediatric kids. I wish she did adults and we would take her in a minute. Had 17 stitches and she just treated me so well. Kind of laughed through it because she knew how scared I was and all. Best doctor we've ever had and it was Sunny Sawyer.

My experience was great from beginning to end. I was greeted immediately by two very nice ladies. They made me very comfortable. The facility was immaculate. The doctor was great and she completely explained my results. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know.

The receptionist was so helpful and kind. What a nice lady! The MA was great and really liked the PA who treated me. What a beautiful facility, so clean and well put together. Have told all my friends about it. Very impressed

The entire staff was WONDERFUL
I had a bad ear infection plus UTI
I was miserable and now I am feeling better but I am going to my PCP for follow up as directed.
The PA was great. She is the best PA that I ever received care.
I would like her to be my PCP❤️

The nurse Anna was so helpful and cheerful that the process was even more pleasant. She is definitely an excellent representative of Renown Urgent Care. Dr. Hill was very easy to talk to.

My experience was fabulous. Who would think going to an urgent care would provide me better results than a concierge medicine experience. I extend my gratitude and sincerest appreciation to the practitioner who saw me. She just may have saved my life and extended time with my son for many extra years. I wish there was more than just a deep hearted thank you I could provide.

Dr. John Woodwick and the Nurse which I'm embarrassed by not remembering her name, treated me with such kindness. Both of their bed side manner and attention to my care far exceed my expectations. From the front desk to the EKG and on to the CT scan I was attended to brilliantly. I can't wait to extract these sutures soon.

The Dr. Nailed the diagnosis. I had a problem with pain in my left ankle and she diagnosed an infection and prescribed antibiotics. The relief was almost immediate.

Hello, yes, I visited on Friday, the 10th of April, with my daughter who sprained her ankle. Because there are several renown facilities within one shopping complex, it was a little confusing even when I called and spoke with individuals where I should go first. So when I called the urgent care to see if they did x-rays, they said yes. And then when I went to the x-ray facility and walked in, she said yes, we do x-rays. She didn't clarify that I needed to have an appointment in advance before I brought my daughter who was on crutches in. So I think if there could be some clarity added by the staff as to where you're going when, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

New Urgent care just around corner from my house. Great parking. Comfortable waiting area. Able to reserve time or just walk in. Helpful staff. This is my 2nd visit there.

Renown is so efficient and environments so relaxing that eases immediate concerns for self. Doctor was excellent and worked with me to make decisions for my best care. Totally appreciate her advice. Saw my primary care physician today and was in agreement with Urgent care doc.
