Appreciate the efficiency of being able to make an appointment through my chart at Urgent Care and also appreciated the doctor's candor, questioning and logic to address my eye infection. The prescribed meds are working, thank you!

I felt the care provider did a great job of reviewing my chart prior to meeting and knew what I was dealing with that brought me to urgent care and understood my drug allergies. She was able to provide a recommended procedure to hopefully move me to full recovery.

I am responding for experience at S McCarran Urgent Care- they were wonderful- the receptionists that did check in were excellent and the doctors that we saw were excellent as well.
So nice to have an Urgent Care in that location!

I was treated fine but just given a referral and a rx. Nothing was done for my infected ingrown hair at the time.

This has been my most pleasurable experience at a renown urgent care. Lady who checked us in was fast and efficient as well at the medical assistant that took our vitals. PA listened to all my concerns answered all my questions. Wait was mining as I booked ahead.

The PA, Francis, was very good. He listened to me and he immediately knew what needed to be done and gave me a prescription and was very, very good. I would go back to him anytime. Thank you so much.

the front desk receptionist needs customer service training. She was cold, distant and disinterested. Maybe just shy? That doesn't work when you are greeting the public. Just a big smile goes a long way.

Mr. Santiago APN was excellent, had a very professional demeanor, caring and concerned manner and explained the status of my health. Referred me to the UC on Summit for a chest xray and I didn’t have to wait in line. I am very confident about returning to the South McCarren Urgent Care location. Thank you!

Dr C was absolutely phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, explained things simply without talking down to us and potentially solved an ongoing issue that no one else even bothered to test for the last 15 years. What an amazing provider.
