The front office receptionist was indifferent and failed even the slightest eye contact, definitely one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. However, Christina the MA and Rebecca, the dr. were both great. Christina introduced herself, a simple thing but one I’ve found to be increasingly rare. She listened carefully and repeated my concerns to clarify. Rebecca, the doctor, was fantastic! She quickly understood my concern about thinking it was Covid and that if it were, that I had missed the window to take [RX] and as a senior with co-morbidities, I was super anxious. She gave me direct information about why she didn’t think I had Covid, but even if so, why I presented as not being in significant danger, and that far fewer people were being hospitalized or dying from Covid these days. She was intuitive, highly responsive in a way that was exactly what I needed, and was professional and so relatable and kind. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever met.

PA was clear about possible dx & ordered strep swab, explaining clearly why he was not ordering any other testing. He also explained what to do to treat the symptoms if strep swab was negative. His assistant was excellent, not causing me to gag when obtaining the swab sample. Both explained the timing to get a result. When I called back after negative result to ask what dosage I should take for ibuprofen, the assistant checked with the PA & called me back relatively promptly.

Yes, the nurse was very helpful. She, I did not feel good, was running a fever. I was having what's called a pity party and she listened to me and she was very caring and it was very sweet. It just made me, it made the experience so much better. So just to have her kind of walk me through the fact that I wasn't feeling well and I was complaining because prior visits I was not getting the experience I needed and or the relief, I guess. And so I just felt like I was well taken care of. Thank you.

Dr Chen has a very kind approach. He seemed concerned about my problem and ordered three prescriptions that have really helped. I highly recommend going to this urgent care. There was only a short wait. I am pleased with my experience.

Yeah, when I went in, I believe it was on Monday, I had a very good experience. Everyone was super nice. The doctor was super, you can tell he knew a lot about what he was talking about, which makes me feel better. And he was very confident, straightforward, to the point, and it was very quick. I think I was in and out in like 20 minutes. So I already recommended this place to my family and my mom in case anything ever happened. So thanks so much.

Clinic was spotless. Ma was pleasant and professional. Provider Williams took his time and explained the what ifs if I was in the air and expirenced what we were discussing. He explained the tests I needed to rule out potential issues with my trip. Super professional, kind and listened to me. Excellent provider.

The PA that we had was Sunny Sawyer. She was the best doctor I think we've ever had. And I only wish, I know she does pediatric kids. I wish she did adults and we would take her in a minute. Had 17 stitches and she just treated me so well. Kind of laughed through it because she knew how scared I was and all. Best doctor we've ever had and it was Sunny Sawyer.

My experience was great from beginning to end. I was greeted immediately by two very nice ladies. They made me very comfortable. The facility was immaculate. The doctor was great and she completely explained my results. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I was miserable and now I am feeling better but I am going to my PCP for follow up as directed.
The PA was great. She is the best PA that I ever received care.

My experience was fabulous. Who would think going to an urgent care would provide me better results than a concierge medicine experience. I extend my gratitude and sincerest appreciation to the practitioner who saw me. She just may have saved my life and extended time with my son for many extra years. I wish there was more than just a deep hearted thank you I could provide.
