I asked if my low estrogen was the possible cause for the tendinitis I've been experiencing. Some of the ladies in my Threads social media group had mentioned it and I wanted to ask about that being a possible cause. I had an appointment scheduled with my PCP and spinal surgeon and was hoping for some insight. I got lectured about staying off of Tik Tok, which I've never used, She then went on a rant in the hallway with the staff about a [age], amlost [age] year old asking about estrogen. I never asked for replacements or to have my levels checked. I sincerely wanted to know if the menopause/low estrogen could be the cause of so much of the pain I'm enduring. I was mortified and so embarrassed. I cried the entire way home. It was horrible to be treated so badly.

Im very happy with my treatment with Kaara Smith. I have 2 family memberrs that will be calling the office to become new patients. Kara gave me my life back with hormonal treatment. She was really helpful and gave me a lot of education about hormonal treatment

I received a reminder for my appointment. The staff was very nice. The doctor was very nice. Listen to me. I did not have to wait too long to be called back. I was treated with respect. My medical condition was known and discussed.

Excellent dr. Actually impressive. Explained everything well. Answered all questions. Didn't feel rushed. She knew everything about my case which was nice. Some dr. Briefly look at info and that's it. She made sure she knew what was going on.

She is my new OBGYN provider and she honestly made me so heard, took my concerns seriously, talked about treatment, and explained my issues with easy vocabulary.

There were a fleet of people in the room for my exam. The doctor, her nurse, a nursing assistant in training and a doctor in training. I didn’t think this was great at all new patient appointment.

Tera is a phenomenal provider!!! Everyone in the office is phenomenal, I 100/10 recommend this office! I would go into detail, but you would have a novel. Everything they do goes above and beyond for their patients. I always feel Valued, heard and taken seriously. Every staff person there is absolutely phenomenal! I absolutely love them all!

I stick w Judy and this office instead of switching to fl even though I life there most of the year bc she is so good. Also, my mammogram was done yesterday at 3pm and Judy’s office called by 10 am to tell me it was all good. That is amazing service!
