I have had truly a great experience with all of the nurses and staff at this facility. The facility is always clean and neat, they talk to you with respect and kindness and this is one place you will never have to worry about the receptionists being rude to you. When I say every staff member at this location goes above and beyond for their patients I mean it. I drive 40 minutes to come to my appointments because they always make me feel respected and cared about. This is a place that treats you like a person not like a dollar sign

I have had one visit with this Man, I talked he listened. Some of the information in the office chart is incorrect, as I have not seen an endocrinologist. and medications , I do not take. But that’s is no fault of his. I have tried to have it corrected before . We will se what the future holds,

I suffered a miscarriage and had a follow up the next day. He explained things so they were easy to understand, was compassionate to me and my husband about our situation. He was respectful, supportive and kind.

I would recommend this Doctor and his staff any day of the week!! He is amazing at listening and answering any and all questions you have and doesn’t make you feel rushed or like a bother for asking. He is great at easing your mind and has a great attitude about what he does. I am very lucky to have come across this doctor and his staff and really appreciate everything they’ve done!!

No one likes having to go to the Dr, but he and his staff made the experience as stress free as possible. They were very friendly and supportive.

I did not feel the Dr. Hartfiel listened to me when I stated I was starting menopause and my concerns. He seemed to rush the appointment and brush off what my concerns were. He was 40 minutes late for my appointment and did not apologize. If I can find another doctor , I will. His staff members were very nice and professional but he was NOT.

My appointment was set to start at 10am. I arrived well before 10am. I was not seen until 10:42. My concerns were ignored completely. I was treated like I was stupid. It was very dismissive and I did not even get my exam completed. I had to wait over a month for this appointment in the first place.

I only met the doctor one time. He's doing my surgery in [MONTH]. I liked him very much and I told him he reminded me of the Pope. The whole staff is very friendly and I very much appreciate their care.

From the minute you enter his office his receptionists are welcoming and efficient! Such a pleasure … especially when nervous about appointment. Dr Hartfiel made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain procedure. So appreciated the Dr. and staff.

I had a hysterectomy, but I still feel it is important to have annual pelvic exams or at least to have an appointment to talk about any questions or non urgent concerns for the past year. Dr. Hartfiel doesn't think that’s necessary - that may be true but the way that is communicated in the office is rather humiliating. I think if I want to have an annual pelvic exams, I should get one without humiliation. I’ll be seeing another practitioner in the future.

Absolutely would recommend this group to my friends and family in the area. Felt loved and cared for. I don’t always like doctors but I felt a calming presence with David and his team.

Dr. Hartfiel is truly one of the best. He always listens attentively and provides answers to any questions in a way that is easy to understand. I would recommend him to many others. I appreciate the care he has provided and continues to provide to myself. He also sees many family and friends who also have all good things to say.

Dr hartfiel is consistently 30+ minutes late to every one of my appointments. I arrive 15 minutes early as directed and often sit in the lobby until after my actual appointment time. I am currently sitting waiting for him for my appointment which was scheduled for 9:45 and it is 10:21. How is he this far behind first thing in the morning??

Dr Hartfield has always ran over scheduled times when I’m in the office. [Removed appointment date for patient privacy.] I was told to be there by 9:15, I was 5 minutes early. I checked in and waited. My appointment was at 9:30. I got called back by a nurse at 9:37. The nurse didn’t ask no questions, as I had to tell her everything and how I was allergic to a medication which should’ve been in the file as I’ve been here before. She left the room at 9:43 and I sat NAKED on the exam table until 10:37 without being seen. No nurse came to check and tell me the Dr was running late. The Dr never came so I left. Very unprofessional as I’ve heard this happens a lot. But to sit on an exam table for that long, it’s degrading and humiliating. I’ll never refer anyone to this Dr and I will never be back to return to this establishment.

So I have only had one visit to the office and I would say I didn’t get a very good first impression. I don’t know if everyone was just having a bad day or what. The Lady at the desk checking in was grumpy and was complaining that she had got all the new people that day. And dr. Hartfeild seemed kinda grumpy and just over dealing with people that day also. But the nurse that called me back was very nice. I know everyone has rough days sometimes so going to give another chance.

I struggle a lot with going to the gyno, due to personal reasons. But, they are very friendly here and I was made to feel comfortable discussing a good plan for my health moving forward. I'm very pleased with the way I was treated.
