Julayne and Serenity are absolutely wonderful humans. They care about their patients and make the experience extremely stress free. They’re both personable, accommodating, and knowledgable. This pregnancy was somewhat stressful for me and they always treated my concerns with care and made sure I was comfortable with the care they provided.

As a transman, going to a gyn is a very stressful experience. From the moment I walked up to the reception, Carly was very respectful and friendly. My nurse was amazing, friendly, funny, and treated me just like any other patient that would be there for an exam. I didn't feel ostracized for not being of their "normal" clientele. Julayne was spectacular, above and beyond what I could have hoped for. She explained everything that she was doing, which put me at ease immediately. This was a 100 out of 10 visit for me, and has set the precedent for future visits. Thank you all so much for making me feel normal, I hope you know how much that means to someone like me.

Julayne's thorough questions on my health history and my current concerns made me feel that she had a genuine interest in getting to know me. I did not feel rushed for time and all of my questions were thoughtfully answered. I appreciated feeling like a person, not an appointment to check off the list. I am very grateful to have her as a resource in the Mt. Pleasant area.

What could have been done to improve your experience?

My appt, was as 7:20 and I was told to arrive at 6:50. The person working at the front desk didn't arrive until 7:10, so I waited in an empty hallway for 20 minutes. I suggest reevaluating the time you ask early morning patients to arrive.
