Really appreciate how she didn't seem to be in a rush to leave, she cared and had time to talk to me about everything that was going on and made sure I didn't have questions for her and I can't tell you how important that is, especially when your a pregnant patient

I think she is nice but I would NEVER reccomend this office to anyone. The staff is rude. I also was told a week and a half ago to do a 3 hour glucose test. Did all the prep and fasted and THEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER THE DAMN LABS!!! this office is legit the worst.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Even though they were really busy that day, the visit was not rushed. She was very calm, relaxed, and thorough. I also loved the friendliness of the nurse and how easy she was to understand.

Dr. Omosalewa is a great communicator. She helped explain things that I heard online and helped me feel more confident and less scared. She is the best OB I have visited.

I believe Dr. Itauma's diagnosis that PT rather than a biopsy is the right path forward, and I appreciate her expertise and support.

A nurse scolded the receptionist for checking me in at 7:03 for my 7am appointment. I was rescheduled to a 1pm appt with Doctor Osmosalewa Itauma. The room I went into for my exam was freezing and uninviting. The Bed side manner was for a 1st time appt was disappointing. Nothing about it felt comfortable especially when just before the doctor was walking out of the room she crossed her fingers and said “well good luck” due to having to reschedule 2 weeks from now because the baby was only measuring at 6 weeks. I was shaking & scared she might not hear the heart beat & that comment didn’t help. I liked the 2 receptionists best out of the entire experience. At least they made me feel seen.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More training on treating patients with more compassion & work on bedside manner.
