I think she is nice but I would NEVER reccomend this office to anyone. The staff is rude. I also was told a week and a half ago to do a 3 hour glucose test. Did all the prep and fasted and THEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER THE DAMN LABS!!! this office is legit the worst.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Even though they were really busy that day, the visit was not rushed. She was very calm, relaxed, and thorough. I also loved the friendliness of the nurse and how easy she was to understand.

Dr. Omosalewa is a great communicator. She helped explain things that I heard online and helped me feel more confident and less scared. She is the best OB I have visited.

I believe Dr. Itauma's diagnosis that PT rather than a biopsy is the right path forward, and I appreciate her expertise and support.

A nurse scolded the receptionist for checking me in at 7:03 for my 7am appointment. I was rescheduled to a 1pm appt with Doctor Osmosalewa Itauma. The room I went into for my exam was freezing and uninviting. The Bed side manner was for a 1st time appt was disappointing. Nothing about it felt comfortable especially when just before the doctor was walking out of the room she crossed her fingers and said “well good luck” due to having to reschedule 2 weeks from now because the baby was only measuring at 6 weeks. I was shaking & scared she might not hear the heart beat & that comment didn’t help. I liked the 2 receptionists best out of the entire experience. At least they made me feel seen.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More training on treating patients with more compassion & work on bedside manner.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The physician could have taken time to explain what was seen on our first ultrasound. We left feeling very defeated with no knowledge regarding what had happened. The only thing we were told was that our baby had a low heart rate and she’d see us in a week. Otherwise, we had no idea as to what this meant for the future of our baby and my overall health.

She and her staff make me feel extremely comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and is a great doctor. I feel safe & know that she will get to the bottom of my issues.

At my appointments that I have had I have understood everything that she explained to me very helpful and so very nice and respectful I have never had a doctor or staff ever be this good to me and respectful to me and so helpful

I sat there for 25 minutes waiting when my appointment times are important to me and I felt like they didn’t really care that I’m giving them MY time to help my health but my appointments are so spaced out it’s like nothing is getting done.

Communication with appointments times? I don’t know. I dread going into that office because of the staff just saying

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. O patiently answered my questions and didn’t rush me. She even drew me a picture on a piece of paper so I could understand what is happening in my body. I SO appreciate her!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The receptionist was not friendly as I worked to make follow up appointments. She seemed rushed and stressed when I asked a couple questions around timing of appts.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Would like to see Dr Itauma explain more of what is being looked at during ultrasounds and what measurements are being taken. Dr Itauma's explanations tend to be minimal and seem incomplete. I often have to ask her multiple questions to try to get more information, and still don't feel like I get full explanations. The other doctors I've seen give more comprehensive explanations.
