I struggle with the inability to schedule appointments when I’m at the office. I am trying to schedule another appointment but because it’s in April and it’s currently February they won’t have the schedule until March for April. This is very frustrating. The team is wonderful and I like Dr. Itauma but the appointment system isn’t good.

I had to get a repair of my labial tear, she got me in right away and both her and her MA Cathy were so patient during the procedure anytime I had pain. They kept an open door of communication throughout and made the experience less painful.

Since this was my first visit, I can, at this time thank the Dr for listening to the laundry list of issues i have had. The Dr. seemed very knowledgeable and the nurse very understanding.

Dr. Itauma was incredibly considerate, respectful, and thoughtful. She and her assistant were very kind and explained things thoroughly in a way that made sense to me. I left feeling like my concerns had been truly heard and addressed. Thank you so much Dr. Itauma and her assistant!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She was very knowledgeable and seemed confident in how best to move forward in my complicated pregnancy. She did take the time to answer questions which I appreciated because she seemed very busy. However, she was not the most approachable and did not explain rationales always in a way a non-medical professional would necessarily understand.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Itauma is an incredibly caring surgeon and doctor. She performed a surgery on me and showed compassion and professionalism through and through. Furthermore, she has taken the time to truly try to get to the bottom of what has been an underlying ongoing issue. She explains things snd makes sure you understand. She is thorough and truly cares and it shows.

I'm very happy with the care I received at this office. They were very helpful when I had a major concern about my health. I have ongoing care at this office and I am very satisfied.

I had the best experience during what could have been an uncomfortable procedure. Totally painfree! The best bedside manner with Dr Itauma and Nurse Kathy. Highly recommend.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I appreciated that Dr Ithauma was very thorough and quick to order labs or referrals for things. She listened well and was kind. I think the biggest complaint I had was that the office was very small (and super cold) so she was crammed when trying to do a pelvic exam (which made it hard to relax). There also wasn’t a lot of effort given to help position me comfortably or help me move around which was unfortunate given how pregnant I am and that I’ve got sciatic pain that makes movement difficult, especially when laying on my back. My mother in law who was with me ended up helping me move which felt funny since the doctor was right there. I don’t think it was intentional, but maybe just trying to go quickly.
