Her and the staff are excellent caring individuals that will assist the in your health care goals and needs they each will take the time to truly listen to you when you speak hearing your concerns that you express through your words and body language..they are genuine caring angels that deserve all the allcolades and appreciation and all the đź‘Ź in each and every task they do for everyone..I highly recommend them for your health care needs and if in the area stop by and say hi and thank them weather or not your their patient or not..

Her and her staff are kind and consideration of my needs and taking time to address all my concerns and fears and questions and reassuring me that everything is ok..taking the time to show genuine kindness and empathy unto me and my individual needs as they do all the patients that walk through the doors there even if not actually their own patient....they all go the extra mile in making the whole experience in seeing a doctor of ob/ gyn services warm and encouraging and enviting calm all fears and concerns and anxiety that arise or pose to arise...they explain the things needed in a way that calms the patient and informs them leaving the patient feeling empowered and proactive about their health..and should the patient need other types of help they aide in helping facilitate that care and support too just like friends do..as a single widow older in years with no family to be there for me in stressful times the staff and her coordinate and bridge that help as professionals needed..

I highly recommend Andrea and everyone on the staff whenever I am asked to recommend a provider for female reproductive care. Andrea never appears rushed, always takes the time to listen, takes my concerns seriously, and is very thorough.

Andrea was extremely informative, helpful, accommodating and confidential. The front office staff worked hard to assist in making a follow up appointment work with our limited schedule. Andrea was very accommodating with the same.

Everything and everyone was and is outstanding communication wise compassionate and empathy and emotional support off the charts..you can tell Andrea and staff nurses and office staff care as soon as you enter the doors. I highly recommend them and give them a great round of appreciation applause đź‘Ź in all they do daily as they as many are . Don't truly get back all they put into life as they have love and hearts and that shows in there work daily in all they do in life they are truly Angels

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Andrea is absolutely amazing! She takes great care of her patients and was so encouraging while I was giving birth. I couldn’t have gotten a better OB. I appreciate her and her staff so much. Everyone is so kind and understanding.

Dr. Donmyer was my doctor for my 1st pregnancy and labor. She made the whole experience so much easier than I expected and truly made the experience much better for myself and my baby. She’ll be my doctor for my 2nd child, for sure.

Natasha was prompt and friendly with intake; Andrea Donmyer has always been amazing and listens to problems and seeks effective treatments or referrals- she’s great! MyMichigan Sault is lucky to have her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It took a while to get in because of the phone system. There was a period of time I could not get a person and ended up playing phone tag a lot.

Yes..I don't even feel like I'm at a doctors appointment. I have severe white coat syndrome and her whole staff makes me feel like family..this is the only doctors appointment where my blood pressure is normal and that says a lot!!!

Andrea herself as well as her nurse always make me feel comfortable and make my questions and concerns feel valid. Her nurse especially goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable.

Confirmed my name and date of birth when taking me back to a room, and being more open for discussion and conversation instead of leaving it all up to me to decide what I wanted to do on my own.

The nurse who took my vitals and updated my chart was extremely friendly. Andrea listened to my concerns and answered all questions that I had. She took an interest in my total body health-not just my gynecological health.

I thought staff was very friend, especially my CNA I had she was the sweetest lady. Helped a lot while I was having difficulty with my procedure.

The last nurse I had was short and attitudey with me, but I understand everyone has off days and they have a particularly hard job. Previously all nurses have been extremely warm & kind.

Andrea herself listened and gave helpful information and asked follow up questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed because there was another patient for her to see.

Nothing. It was a quality experience. No delays in service, all questions were answered, I did not feel rushed, and my needs were met.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I use her as my one preventative care visit per year as a gyno as I need my birth control prescription. She went above and beyond to keep track of the rest of my health to ensure I get referrals and other needs are addressed due to my family history despite my lack of being able to afford a second visit with a PCP per year. They are also very understanding of my anxiety in a clinical setting.

The office person was super nice and Andrea answered all of my questions and made sure I knew all of the information before making a decision. The nursing student was also great!

The receptionist who waited on me ,couldn't have been more pleasant & funny! I have been going to Andrea for years now,it always feels like seeing an old friend. She is excellent in her field!!

When I walked into the office, I wasn’t sure what window to approach. There are two people sitting at windows and I just stood around until somebody opened a window. A sign that says Check in Here, or tells you what window to go to, would be helpful.
