Renee and the rest of the staff from the nurses to the ladies at the desk were ALL friendly, courteous, and thorough, and,seemed genuinely interested that I was taken care of. I have been to this office 3 times and each time I was thrilled with the care that I got. I have recommended this office to several of my friends - the patient care is outstanding! They are fantastic!

Renee is an exceptional clinician. She always takes time to listen and carefully explain everything. She is kind, compassionate and always strives to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Her assistant Josie is outstanding as well. They work well together as a team and excel in their clinical roles. They are definitely assets to MyMichigan Health

Ms. Kerns knows how to listen to her patients. She offers treatment options, optimism, and cares for your issue in relation to you as a whole person. Your not just your diagnosis.

I can't say enough about Ms Kern's professional, kind and concerned demeanor. She treats you as if you are her only patient. Medical professionals need to learn her communication and empathy skills.

I saw Renee Kern often during the 12 months before having surgery. Rene was always pleasant to talk to and encouraged me to call her if I had questions. She is very professional, yet making you feel like she knows what you are going through.

Renee listens to me. She knows my various health issues in addition to the issues related to her speciality. She explains what she's doing and why. She called the same day with positive test results and explained them in terms I understand. She's just nice, good, and an excellent PA.
