Jessica and her surrounding staff were exceptionally friendly and thorough. She answered every question and made sure I was well informed on everything. I was so very calm and relaxed throughout my appointment and Jessica made sure to walk me through everything that was happening, and got my explicit consent beforehand. I had a very pleasant experience with my entire visit and left feeling understood and taken care of.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
When my provider sent a referral into the office back in November, no one from the office ever called be back to schedule an appointment. I had to call them in late January to make the appointment in [MONTH], which isn't typical from when I've seen specialistsin the past w/ MyMichigan ([ ]). However, they got me in w/in a week and the staff I interacted with were amazing. Had a complication at my appointment and it was completed with sensitivity and professionalism. Jessica is an amazing NP and I hope she stays with MMH.

Jessica is a fantastic provider. She comes in asks about how I’m doing. At beginning of appt. she talks about what she is going do and how she is going to do it. She is so outgoing that she put you at ease before she even begins. Would highly recommend her.

I felt comfortable with Dr Jess and even brought my teenage daughter to her as well. She took time with each of us to answer questions thoroughly. She is also readily available on the portal for follow up communication.

Amazing Dr., Professional yet makes you feel completely comfortable even about hard to talk about issues she is not judgemental happy friendly professional. Everything was explained very well doesn't feel rushed you could feel the care from entire staff. Highly recommend!

Jessica is such a warm and thoughtful provider. She is clearly well versed in perimenopause changes and needs. She clearly cares about women’s health and advocates for supports to help the perimenopausal transition. I feel like she wants me to feel good in my body and supported however needed. I feel so lucky to have her as my provider!
