I have been a patient of Judy's for many years and she is compassionate and takes the time to listen and answer questions regarding my concerns. I am comfortable in her care and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Judy talks in a way that is easy to understand. She respect her patients privacy. I respect her opinion.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I feel that Judy just goes through the motions and doesn’t truly listen. Two years in a row, I told her I had concerns when we were in the appt and she said she would ‘take a look’ during the exam. Both times, she did not.

Judy is a caring health care provider and knowledgable and competent. Also, so is her staff. However., my experience with your office incoming was bad. Your representative told me my insurance was no longer accepted. Even though I said it was a Medicare supplement plan; she said it didn’t matter. I was forced to sign a payment form. Not knowing what to do, I reached out to the head of NEMCSA for [removed individual's name]. She said this information was wrong and explained why. When I called your office the woman acted secretive but said I was right. If so and they determined that, why didn’t anyone call and tell me? What I was told was where I could go get other insurance. The whole thing was upsetting and confusing. If I hadn’t have known [removed individual's name], I don’t know what I would have done.

Good experience. Lucky there was a cancellation and I could get in on the day I called. It was a Friday. I so appreciated being able to be seen. If not I would have had to go to ER Thank you so much.

I feel like Judy is just a go through the motions provider and doesn’t always listen. I brought up an issue at my last annual visit and when she came back in for the exam portion she never addressed it.

Judy is great with my daughter she makes her feel comfortable and talks directly to her as well and that makes my daughter feel important at her appointment. Very lucky to have Judy in our community for Women’s Health for young Women.
