What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I can’t say enough about how amazing the team at Dr. Landrey’s office is! Judy has been incredibly helpful and kind, making every step of the process smooth and easy. Heather, Michelle, Andrea, Shannon, and Jamie are all wonderful—especially Shannon, who is so quick to return calls and get you the care you need. The entire staff makes you feel completely supported and comforted, which is so important when it comes to women’s health. They truly go above and beyond, and I always feel cared for and understood when I’m there. We are truly blessed to have a woman’s health care center in our area to care for these women

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Appointment was scheduled for 8am. We were placed in a room, and was told by the assigned nurse she would get the doctor, proceeded to wait 45 minutes. After patiently waiting, had to go to nurses desk to ask if the doctor was coming, as I had another important doctor appointment. He quickly came in, felt as if we'd interrupted something else, or doctor hadn't been informed at all. Spent all of maybe 5 minutes, listened to babies heartbeat with doppler, and checked fundal growth. If appointment had actually started on/near the time, things wouldn't have had to feel so rushed. Least enjoyable experience at this office to date.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The doctor was professional and I felt very comfortable. Heather is a gem. My only issue was a "trainee" conducting my procedure. It was sprung on me last minute and I felt like I couldn't refuse. I would have really preferred the doctor to do it.

They take there time and explain everything to you if u have questions they will answer and not rush out or make u feel rushed

Dr Landry is always in a rush. He is never in the room more than 5 minutes. He’s not personable and I always seem unheard and hurried to complete the visit.

I would tell them how kind and caring everyone is, especially when I was very stressed about my upcoming procedure.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The nurses are great and incredibly friendly. The doctor was nice enough but didn’t listen well or communicate much, always seemed in a hurry to get out of the room, sometimes without asking if there were any/any more questions, put incorrect medical information on the after visit summary, and frequently didn’t complete certain basic check-up procedures.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
He seems kind of short in his responses. Last I saw him for test results, when I left I was still confused on some things. The appointment was over in a few minutes and I drove home thinking "what just happened?!" I prefer dealing w Judy. She's the best!!!

The staff is courteous. Wait time is usually short based on the two encounters. Dr. Landery is knowledgeable, yet appears reserved. Having a list of questions readily accessible and being prepared to ask them promptly helps.

i love all of his staff but Dr. Landrey just seemed to be in a rush and did not explain things well. He acted like i was supposed to know everything already and I obviously don’t as this is my first pregnancy and on top of that it was very unplanned so it would have been nice to have a little more explanation on what was going on

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Landreys office helped me out in this of need when I thought I was having pelvic issues which is coming from my back. I was seen in Tawas ER transferred to Covenant by Ambulance told I was going to have a MRI that the Covenant ER Dr agreed to do so. Got down there and was told it wasn’t and emergency and wasn’t surprised Tawas Sent me down and to follow with Dr Landrey in 1 day. Thankfully I did he listened to me and had compassion. I had felt like I was being brushed off and that is where this has gotten me. [AGE] losing urine control,serve pain, unable to work and this has changed my whole life and thankful to Dr Landrey he actually is listening to me. Also so thankful for Shannon for getting all the testing set up and staying & getting the Referall set up urgently. You can tell this team cares about their patients and does not want them to suffer mentally, emotionally,or physically. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Now just to get better soon. One day at a time!

Did not feel like my right to direct my own care was respected. Asked a few polite questions, said I might decline something and was given a form to sign about compliance to medical recommendations. Office staff was nice, but the tests Dr. ordered were not requested correctly, in spite of me asking twice for them to be entered. First time staff didn’t even look at my paperwork, second time ordered wrong tests. Did make sure to drug test me without asking. Was given another patients paperwork. Will not return to this office.

I called & they got me in that day due to a cancellation . Very nice front desk & Dr. Landry is very knowledgeable & kind . Explained everything clearly & what test I needed - Got test in 2 days . & Made followup visit right away !

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Landry is very efficient, he's a get in, get out kind of guy. My last appointment was a scheduled 30 minutes and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Dr. Landry listens to you but doesn't take much time to discuss and explain many things and I ended up having to Google what he told me after I left the office.
