I was checked in by Natalie at the front desk and she was so polite and helpful during such a stressful time in my life. Then Dr. English’s assistant was so, so nice and helped get everything set up for Dr. English in a timely manner. De. English was a phenomenal doctor, i would recommend him over and over again. He helped reassure me my miscarriage was not my fault and eased mind that everything was going to be okay. He took the time to explain everything out in a way i could understand and listened to everything i had to say and genuinely seemed like he cared. He said if i ever needed him in the future to reach out and i for sure will!!

I would say he was nice and he made me feel comfortable. I only saw him once but I’m terrified of going to the OBGYN and he made me feel comfortable.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I will ALWAYS recommend him. After my last 10-week ultrasound ended in a missed miscarriage, I was terrified to go to this appointment. I was so afraid that my fetus would not have a heartbeat. I told this to Dr. English and he was very kind. He made sure I heard the heartbeat first thing before taking any measurements. My second appointment with him was just as good— he couldn’t hear the heartbeat on the doppler so instead of trying and having me stressed out, he just suggested going and getting an ultrasound, where he found the fetus immediately.

Dr. English is very easy to talk to and listens to all concerns. He explained my surgery and has an excellent bedside manner.

Overall I think a good provider (the office in general). I came from a previous office where I was with my same provider for each appointment and I will say I miss the personal connection and relationship I had with that provider. However in my last prenatal appointment at this office there was a comment made that bothered me about “using a little bit of common sense” regarding having gone for a bike ride in my pregnancy. There were no follow up questions regarding my comfort level on my bike, or how I made my decision to go. I rode a very stable mountain bike for 1.5 miles in my flat paved neighborhood. I’ve been riding bikes for years and that comment felt insensitive to me as an active person it’s important to me to maintain my hobbies in pregnancy and I did so safely. That has been the only glaringly negative thing I have experienced.

Dr English and his MA Kara were great. He shows he cares about this patients and made sure I had all questions answered. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

The intake nurse was very friendly and explained the next steps in my ob journey. She explained tests and gave helpful information. All staff was kind and considerate

Dr. English listens and seems very thorough with excellent bedside manner. His MA seemed very efficient. His front desk staff had a couple of gals who seemed distracted and dismissive, but one was actually friendly and seemed helpful. I don't remember their names, unfortunately. The check-out gal was the least friendly/helpful when I asked follow-up questions. I like Dr. English so much I will be willing to overlook the patient service that was lacking at the front so that I can benefit from his expertise.

He did a wonderful job at explaining everything, answering questions, and providing thorough information based in facts to help me make important medical decisions regarding my pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

Dr. English is the best gyno I have ever been to. I would reccomend him to absolutely anyone. He always calms my nerves and makes me as comfortable as he can. He listens to all my concerns and does his best to help me with any issues I have.

Dr. English has excellent bedside manner and made an uncomfortable procedure easier. I was happy to have him provide my care. The office was also extremely efficient in starting my appointment on time and no long waits in office.
