He listened , went over my next CT that could be related to my migraines. I appreciated it. Follow up with my migraines, good discussion for prevention. Glad he is coming up to Alpena now monthly to see patients.

Dr Cormier has been a fantastic addition to my care team. She is kind, empathetic and an excellent physician. She has exemplary knowledge and she is working hard to help me get back to living my life normally. She listens and hears my concerns and takes me seriously. Both she and everyone I encounter at my appointments from check in to check out, is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to see. I am hopeful that with Dr. Cormiers wisdom and guidance, I will soon be back on track. She is my favorite physician!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I don't understand why my PCP thought I needed to go see him in person. I didn't tell him anything she couldn't have told him over the phone. He didn't examine me or do or order any tests. Couldn't my doctors have just talked to each other on the phone?

Dr. Daniel Vollhaber is a great surgeon. He repaired my aneurysm located in a difficult part of my brain. Thanks to his excellent surgical skills, professional abilities, and sound medical judgment I was given a second chance at living a full normal life. He has a great staff at his office and at the hospital OR and ICU. I have complete confidence and trust in Dr. Vollhaber. You can tell he is a natural at the work he does. Dr Vollhaber is an excellent surgeon. He takes his time with you and makes sure you understand everything. He listens to your concerns and answers every question. Best of all he is a great surgeon. He repaired my anyuerism located in a difficult area. He was confident and I trust him. I am grateful to have had such an outstanding surgeon to do my brain surgery. His staff at his office are well trained and are very helpful. His staff in the it and at the hospital I icu are all incredible people. I was well cared for by professional people who are great at their jobs. Thank you all for all of your care. It gave me another chance in life to live longer fulfilling life. Elizabeth is amazing. I feel heard and cared for as I recover from a car accident injury that triggered something else I had going on. I would recommend her to everyone since she gives the best care I have ever received while assessing everything and taking the time to explain things that I don’t always understand. I appreciate her and the whole staff.

Everything has been great until this past week. I was told 3 times that pain meds would be called in by Friday afternoon. I called at 3:45 Friday afternoon to confirm that they would be called in, and I was reassured. I had to go 2 1/2 days with no pain medication. Not acceptable!

I would tell them that if you go to see Dr. Adel he will explain everything to you in a way you can understand what is going on and he listens to you and answers every question you have in a way you can understand. Dr. Adel is wonderful and we would tell anyone to go to him if they need his help.
