I had a very positive experience with Dr. Goodrich and all the staff. I need two canes to get around and an employee on his break saw me walking across the parking lot and got a rolling chair for me, then wheeled me to reception. Reception then wheeled me to Dr. Goodrich's waiting area. Everyone was very helpful.

Dr. Sinclair is a wonderful doctor. He listens very carefully and answers all of my questions. He asks questions pertinent to my condition and that tie in to my overall health as well. He truly wants his patients to feel and be in the best health possible. I’m thankful to be his patient.

Very difficult to reach via the phone to schedule an appointment, can take weeks of phone tag. Often messages are not returned for a week. But otherwise Ashley Helwig herself is an amazing provider and I have never had issues with her or other clinical staff.

My son is new to this office and we have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cormier and her staff. She is very thorough in her work and interacted marvelously with my son who is on the autism spectrum. She answered all my questions and never hurried us. Recently while on vacation my son landed in the ER and she consulted long distance with that ER doctor as to a treatment plan for him. We were so grateful that she made herself available to talk with him. Her staff is just as wonderful. From getting us a quicker appointment on a cancellation, to helping me several times with other questions ( [Name]) Everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That i love my dr sinclair however his staff are very rude forcefull mean they dont answer phone calls they dont return phone calls they gossip in front of who ever is there and are always on there personal phones. They are rude when you do call they accuse his paients of breaking rules and hang up on us and it took them over 20 days to have my dr sign off on my brace I needed for work. His staff that answers phones is very unprofessional. They need to work on answering the phones at all times and not if they recognize the number and choose to ignore your call they dont return phone calls and they place u on hold without even saying hello and they let you sit on hold with music until you hang up
