What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Pinkard listens, asks questions in a way that can be answered (explains herself well). She doesn't seem surprised by what I a say, or dismiss what I say. Having never dealt with neurologic issues before, they are very difficult to explain to someone, she gets it. She explains treatment options vey well, and seems to develop a plan very quickly.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My appointment was for a new patient evaluation and it took a couple months to get in. Once at my appointmentI was treated promptly and professionally. Very good experience. I really like Dr. Pinkard and her nurse, Anne. Gave me good answers and will have follow up visit in six months to reassess.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
While the practice is busy and a provider retired making initial visits even further out, the scheduler gave clear instructions about when and how often to call and I was able to get in within two weeks instead of four months

Go elsewhere. My new pt appt was scheduled for fibromyalgia. When dr entered room she said why are you here today, and proceeded to tell me that the office doesn't see people for this as it is an untreatable illness. I told her that I wanted to be established so when neurological symptoms unrelated to my fibro occurred again I could get in in a timely manner so she could witness it. She said if it would bring you comfort to come here for me to tell you there's nothing neurloogically wrong with you I am willing to do that. She was very pleasant throughout this appt. I won't return.

She asked questions and listened to the answers. I could tell that she was working on my puzzle of issues, not just throwing standard medical speak at me. My previous care for this issue has been at/through [ ], It is different here, in a good way, a human way, at least for what I need right now.

I feel that Dr. PINKARD showed incredible empathy with my health concerns. I am not pleased that it is taking 8 months to get a sleep study. Being uneasy to fall asleep is not good. Dr listened to my concerns

I called my daughter and told her that Dr. Pickard was fantastic. I told her all the things she checked out on me and the test she ordered. I haven’t had anyone do that in years. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

It took six months before I could get in to see Dr. Pinkard, but she is worth the wait. She is knowledgeable, asks good questions, is an excellent listener, an excellent diagnostician, and explains things so I could understand.

The office staff vet nice. First visit so I was nervous . She listened but I don’t really feel I was comfortable enough to really explain what has been going on with myself , almost rushed feeling but I’m not blaming her. I feel she will be a good fit for me once I get over my anxious .
