The doctor is great. The front office staff is some of the worst I’ve seen anywhere. They are the type of people that don’t care about your health. Your time that they seem to like to waste. The only thing that I think they might be concerned about is that their check cash is on Friday!!!

Doctor and staff are great. I think that I could have had a virtual appointment instead of having to drive over 100 miles round trip to Midland. Maybe then having the appointment done sooner and then also having the next test(s) done sooner. I am glad to have had the initial appointment with the Doctor and I appreciate all he is doing and his staff, but I was hoping that if I had to have more test(s) that I could get it done sooner. I have to wait until January, and it seems like a long time to wait. They do have a wait list, so I requested to be placed on it. That is a plus for anyone waiting to get in sooner. Thank you for all of your help. Much appreciated.

He answered my questions, explained the MRI results, as well as the further testing he was ordering. He made me feel comfortable and listened to. His medical support staff was personable, did not rush my conversation, and genuinely listened to me.

Did not take the time to really figure out my problem. He thought an mri would tell the story but it didn’t. Then when I said I don’t think they got the true picture he ordered X-rays on the area I was talking about. Asked him about an injury on my face from a fall - he dismissed it and when asked where should I go to check into the problem he was no help!!

Good Doctor. In my case he recommended pain management instead of repair. I was confused why the nerve weighted more to him then the back.

During my surgery on [DATE],everyone was wonderful and answered any questions I had,the nurse's were awesome and some of the questions in the survey didn't have anything to do with me they were taken care by the hospital.I recommend Midland Hospital to everyone.
