That Dr. Sinclair is both nice and thorough. I like that any question I ask, he answers and explains it to me. I’m extremely happy he’s my neurologist!

He tries his best to go above and beyond to get answers and even trying to fill in the gaps in care left from other providers. He tries to get the whole picture,not just piece of the puzzle that relevant to his field of expertise.

Dr. Sinclair is very knowledgeable as a neurologist. I've been under his care for two and a half years. He has helped me through many health issues. He is very calm and comforting. He answers all of my questions, or my husbands questions. I came to him at one of the scariest times in my life,and I will always be grateful that he was there to help me get through it. I would highly recommend him!

Dr Sinclair has made a world of different in the neurological pain I’ve been dealing with. He is kind and compassionate, explains everything he does prior to any treatment and makes sure I have had all of my questions answered prior to my departure.

Dr. Sinclair is the best neurologist I have ever been to. His depth of knowledge on my specific issue is the only reason that I am receiving adequate care. He was able to put together a puzzle that many other doctors had tried to piece together before, but couldn't. I am forever grateful for his help in my treatment.

Dr StClair is always genuinely caring and had my health/opinion at top priority. He is thorough at explaining everything and makes sure I am comfortable with my medication, procedures and care. He is a great dr, never treats me like just another patient. He treats me like a human.

Dr. Sinclair had something personal/family related come up and had to reschedule my latest appointment. We are all humans and I understand this happens from time-to-time even to our providers as they are human too. I knew far enough in advance so it was not an issue and when I was rescheduled, I was given multiple appointment times to choose from. I was pleased to see Dr. Sinclair in-person and was very happy that there was a 7:30 a.m. appointment offered which allowed me to miss minimal work. Dr. Sinclair listens and respects my health concerns and is open to trying different medications when something isn't working.

You can never reach the office. I see 3 drs in that office and I really like Dr Sinclair but no one answers phones

That Dr. Sinclair is the best neurologist that I've seen since my former doctor retired. He listens to what I say, he takes time to answer any questions that I have and he genuinely cares about what I'm going through in regards to my health. He is the first doctor that I've seen that has truly tried to find out the source of my migraine headaches. Hopefully he stays in the Sault.
