Dr. Jones was able to relieve my nerve pain by performing a bilateral laminecomy of the L3, L4, and L5. He spent a good amount of time during m first visit, questioning me about my pain and location. He showed me my MRI and explained what was going on in my back and what needed to be done to relieve my pain.

Dr. Jones takes his job very seriously but is also very easy going and comfortable to talk to. He put me at ease both before and after my surgery.

Mark Jones is a very fine doctor. He does not perform surgery unless he is sure it is going to benefit the patient. I highly recommend Mark Jones.

This was an initial app't for me. Dr Jones had looked over referral info and had looked at my prior tests. He was a good listener and explained reasons for tingling in my R arm. No further treatment at this point was needed.

Dr. Jones is amazing!! Staffing is terrible, they don't return calls very difficult to make an appt and just as bad to get a surgery scheduled

Very hard to get someone in his office to answer phone calls. always have to leave message , sometimes get no response

The office staff is not always the easiest to get on the phone but Dr. Jones is amazing. He is so gentle and smart. He is special.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Mark Jones as professional and as a person. He is very knowledgeable and explains test, procedures with great bedside manner. I have never felt like a number to him, never felt he was rushed to get though any of my appointments in the past. Excellent surgeon that I would highly recommend.
