There was a snafoo in scheduling and the doc I was supposed to see was in surgery. Dr.Jones, who is not even the specialist whose care I'm under, took the time to talk with me and explain the next step and ordered additional imaging for my Doc. Thank you all, so very much, for going above and beyond 🙏 🙂

Great doctor. I felt very confident in his experience. He was friendly and easy to talk to. And on the subject of someone losing my dentures at the hospital, during my pre-op, I would appreciate it if someone would let me know what is going on with this problem.

Don't try making a appointment, you can't talk with anyone connected to Dr. Jones office. No return calls.

Dr. Jones performed surgery on my neck, he explained the procedure fully before and has taken great care of me since. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I would recommend Dr. Mark Jones to anyone. He was so patient, understanding, caring, explained and made my special needs daughter apart of our conversation He made sure that she was set up for surgery before we left to get her battery changed in her VNS. He made sure we understood everything and he made sure he answered all of our questions. He also told my special needs daughter what he was gonna do before he did it so she was comfortable. Thank you Dr. Mark Jones.
