Very difficult to reach via the phone to schedule an appointment, can take weeks of phone tag. Often messages are not returned for a week. But otherwise Ashley Helwig herself is an amazing provider and I have never had issues with her or other clinical staff.

She listens, I felt like I what was important at that time. She didn't rush me out the office. I was able to ask the questions I needed to ask. She gave me choices on how to get the answers she couldn't get without testing.
