What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very happy with Ashley, she takes the time to explain things and answer ALL of my questions, which I have plenty. Never a rush or do I have the feeling that I have not been given the time to ask a question.

Ashley was very thorough about all the test that I had done. She took her time in explaining what each test meant. I would highly recommend Ashley.

I got an appointment the same day and meds changed and refilled as needed. Always very attentive and concerning.

Listened to what I had to say. Answered my questions. Went to discuss issues with another dr. The Dr took over from there. We were very happy with both. And are working with them to learn what is best for my husband. Great care.

Ashley is the best, took time and did not rush me. Answered ALL of my questions. She actually wrote down the information I gave her and gave me results of my blood test. Extremely helpful PA.

Ashley Helwig was great. However, I tried to reach them Friday afternoon and NOBODY answered. Office hours are stated as Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm.

The doctor herself seems to know what she's looking at and if she doesn't she questions it also instead of giving you an answer that even she is unsure about, don't try to call the office their phone service is terrible like Ashley herself will tell you you have to use thier online notes to get a message through fast.

mid michigan works together to improve your health and i found the hospital staff while i was in the hospital was great in helping you and caring for you , the nurses on the fifth floor were outstanding and attending doctors were also listening and esplaining your care very good, at a level you could understand. thank you for my good care.

The appointment with Ashley Helwig was one of the best I have ever had. She was kind, listened to what I had to say, answered our questions thoroughly and told/explained things to me that I did not know. She is great.

Ashley has always been an impressive P.A. She listens, ask's questions and gives information in a way that is easy to understand.

I have always been treated well in the Neurologgy Dept. I don't know of any thing that needs improving.

The woman who took me into the room was incredibly nice and proficient at her job. She has helped me a few times and is always super nice and leaves a great impression of the office.
