Very difficult to reach via the phone to schedule an appointment, can take weeks of phone tag. Often messages are not returned for a week. But otherwise Ashley Helwig herself is an amazing provider and I have never had issues with her or other clinical staff.

She listens, I felt like I what was important at that time. She didn't rush me out the office. I was able to ask the questions I needed to ask. She gave me choices on how to get the answers she couldn't get without testing.

I have and will recommend her. She is knowledgeable, caring, explains everything and very good at listening. She makes me feel comfortable to ask questions. And she takes the time to answer them. She doesn’t just says it’s just part of my fibro. She makes me feel heard. And I never feel rushed during appointment.

Listened to what I had to say. Answered my questions. Went to discuss issues with another dr. The Dr took over from there. We were very happy with both. And are working with them to learn what is best for my husband. Great care.

Ashley is the best, took time and did not rush me. Answered ALL of my questions. She actually wrote down the information I gave her and gave me results of my blood test. Extremely helpful PA.

Ashley Helwig was great. However, I tried to reach them Friday afternoon and NOBODY answered. Office hours are stated as Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm.

The doctor herself seems to know what she's looking at and if she doesn't she questions it also instead of giving you an answer that even she is unsure about, don't try to call the office their phone service is terrible like Ashley herself will tell you you have to use thier online notes to get a message through fast.
