Very positive interactions with all of the staff and Dr. Ma. Dr. Ma answered my questions and I feel that he really listened to me and addressed my issues.

After the results of my MRI posted to the portal I expected to be contacted by Dr Ma’s office. After several weeks of not hearing anything I called them to get an appointment. When Dr Ma came in he asked me what he could do for me, he didn’t appear to know why I was there. I told him I would like to try physical therapy. The nurse said she put thru the referral and they would be contacting me to set up appointments. Still have not heard from them.

They always say to call them if you have a problem but they never return a call. I am waiting a week now for a referral to u of m hospital dr ma said his nurse would call me

I would recommend him, he listens, and explains the options of care that he can offer. He wants to find the pain relief that's best for your diagnosis.

I was scheduled for a routine check up, but had something important to discuss. Dr Ma took the time to listen closely and have a clear discussion about it.

I would not recommend. I didn’t feel like my pain mattered. I felt like crying when I left. I didn’t think it was helpful at all. The Dr blew off my pain and numbness like I was whining and laughed at me. He said, “what do you want me to do about it?” I needed validation. I needed understanding. I needed to know I wasn’t crazy. I wanted to know if anything I did could make things better or worse and what to expect or not expect in my future.

Dr Ma is one of the best Neurologists in Michigan. He’s down to earth and easy to talk to! He listens to your medical concerns and his staff has always been kind.

Dr Ma is an amazing doctor he’s helped me out through the 12 years I have been going there. Always down to earth treats me with dignity and respect and he’s very easy to talk to.

I am still waiting for the doctor to sign off on a drug muscle relaxer from last Thursday. it's now Monday after hours and still no report on the drug.

Dr Ma was very direct in his answers. Told me I would never drive again. And my life had been forever changed. I have paralysis on my right side and learn to adapt to my new reality. I will NEVER accept this. I will work hard to prove him wrong. I will get better..... Just watch and observe.
