What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Mallorie was absolutely fabulous. She was so patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. She definitely has a great work ethic and her customer service/ beside manner was remarkable. I hope I get Mallorie every time I come to the office. She deserves a promotion and raise. I wish everyone in her profession could be just like her.

Very knowledgeable Dr. Hardly any waiting. Usually right at the appointment time. Recently, it has been difficult to reach any of the employees. I have questions on what we do going forward. It's not like them to not return calls. Otherwise, everyone is cordial and knowledgeable.

Dr MA IS THE BEST! His office is always helpful and polite. My insurance company has thrown many a hiccup at us and they always come through. With out Dr. Ma and his staff and what they do for me my quality of life would not be as good as it is. Thanks

Dr Ma is one of the best Neurologists in Michigan. He’s down to earth and easy to talk to! He listens to your medical concerns and his staff has always been kind.
