Stephanie Musil and staff were amazing in dealing with my lower issues promptly and successfully. I truly felt that the hospital staff members were always alongside of me to reach my health goals with urgency and care. I recommend this team to anyone.

The entire office team was kind and welcoming. Stephanie was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to fully explain the injury and what to expect for short term and long term recovery. We felt confident in the treatment that was prescribed and look forward to our next appointment.

She doesn't keep her appointments that she scheduled calls me to drive an hour and 20 minutes one way for a oops we don't understand why we scheduled you and didn't contact you but 4 hours prior to tell you not to come and a voicemail that was unseen

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Stephanie has been the one Dr. Throughout my husbands long term illness that has offered support and treatment options when we felt abandoned during a time of crisis for him. She has followed up and shown care and concern for both of us since that time.

She was fantastic and very concerned with every part of my healing and asked if there were any questions I had several times. Very attentive to my concerns and very helpful in giving me help in better helping myself better cope with my healing pricess.

I can not think of a thing that could be changed at all. She was the best doc I have seen in a very long while!

Her patience was amazing. She listened and took her time with me. I ended up having a shoulder fracture and surgery and she was understanding about that as well. I would recommend her to anyone having concerns.

She treated my Mom, 90 yo, with such kindness and respect, and us too. You can tell she Really cares for her patients, smart and cheerful.

Could not get a follow up scheduled for my broken back. Left multiple messages on Candice’s phone (Stephanie’s scheduler) and never got a call back. It was a very frustrating experience scheduling with Stephanie especially considering my condition. It was extremely hard to contact her and it impacted my care and insurance standings. Stephanie was great when I had the chance to see her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Better communication could easily be achieved by returning phone calls.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was very instrumental in my care. Everyone was helpful in answering questions, helping with my Paperwork for leave, pre & post op care. Everyone was kind, caring, understood my fear of upcoming surgery and wanting to recover right away. I appreciate everyone there!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Hospital had issue waiting for a Clean Room after the surgery was done. Waited in Post-Op 4-1/2 hours, didn’t get to see my husband til was brought to my room. He was worried.
